Smiths Beach Townhouse

Great location positioned 300 metres from the patrolled and pet friendly Smiths Beach. It is setup for two families to enjoy in summer or alternatively in the winter months it is ideal for 2-3 couples. This modern townhouse has been decorated in a beach design and is ideally located to all attractions that Phillip island has to offer. Whether you plan to get out and about, to the Penguins, Cowes or the grand prix track or just relax and walk to Smiths Beach, this is your ideal base.

Townhouse

This modern home has a large balcony, three large spacious bedrooms all with Robes plus the garage which has been walled in and carpeted and setup as a bunkroom, master with full King Size Bed, WIR and Ensuite. The property has 8 beds and sleeps a maximum of 10. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed whilst the third bedroom contains 2 singles. Both the upstairs living room and bunkroom have modern TV & DVD players. A second bathroom downstairs and fully equipped laundry with washer/dryers provide easy access to the enclosed yard. Upstairs the Master bedroom consists of a king size bed with full WIR and Ensuite. Large open space Living and modern functional kitchen compliment the design with D/washer, microwave and wall oven. Large Dining area accommodates 9 -10, extension for table available on request. Split heating/cooling. A large carport for boat/car/trailer is also situated on the property. Outdoor shower.

Smiths Beach

Smiths Beach is close to Grand Prix circuit, Penguin Parade, Nobbies, Golf Club, Koala Sancturary, Amaze n things and all other attractions Phillip Island has to offer.

House is available for weekly or weekend stays all year round. Shorter or longer stays can be arranged.

This property is ideal for 2 families and has been set up that way accordingly. It is a spacious and comfortable home.

Please note a security bond of $500 and a scan copy of a current drivers license is required for all bookings.

Tenants are required to provide their own linen for the duration of the stay (sheets, pillow cases, doona covers and towels) Linen can be provided (fee applicable)

What a great place to stay! The location was amazing short walk to the beach! The house is so well stocked everything you would need! Heaps of room for our two families! Hosts were amazing!! Will be back for sure!!

Our stay Smiths Beach Townhouse was perfect. The accommodation across the four bedrooms suited us perfectly and the location within walking distance to the beach is amazing. The townhouse feels more like a house and being at the front of the block, you can't tell otherwise. The kitchen is really well equipped and there's a cupboard full of board games to enjoy as well as an esky to take the beach! Everything has been really thought through. Thanks for having us!

Perfect getaway

Plenty of space in a quiet family-friendly neighbourhood. Lots of decking to relax outside. Host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Beach was awesome. Had a really enjoyable time staying there.

Great Location

Love staying in Smiths Beach Townhouse. House is great, has everything you need. Outdoor shower is great. We have always enjoyed our stay over the last couple of years and will continue to stay at Smith Beach Townhouse each year.

Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for a quick winter weekend getaway. The house was exactly what we were after for two families with teenage kids. It’s a close walk to Smith’s Beach and even closer to a coffee shop. Overall we had a lovely stay, great house, great hosts and great location.

Awesome holiday house with everything required for a beach holiday. Outdoor shower, short walk to the corner shop and the beach and a BBQ and deck for dinners and drinks in the late afternoon sun We will be back

This house was very convenient for us beach lovers , just a short walk to smiths beach

This property was very convenient, it had all you need. , I do have to say the mattresses were terrible , definitely need a upgrade on those , the only other downfall was no space for off street parking had to park on nature strip ,, otherwise overall great property for a beach be stay

AMAZING !!

Very clean house, walking distance to the cafe and beach. Greg was amazing and responded to our requests quickly. Also offered us late check out. Would definitely book again. The kids loved it.

Comfortable stay and family friendly

It was definitely in a good location, easy to access and travel all around Phillip Island. Greg and Melanie were great hosts, explained everything clearly and promptly responded to all our questions. Only a couple of things, it was slightly difficult to park the cars as there was only one car spot and we didn't want to block the neighbour's driveway. Also the sound of water flowing down the pipe when staying in the bunker room.

The host had provided linens and towels for which we are grateful to the host. The house is spacious and bright.The house is in need of maintenance especially the carpets. The curtains and tube lights in the bedroom with with bunk beds need replacement.Some of the windows were locked that couldn't opened with the provided key.The dishwasher stinks and it needs replacement. The Toaster was so dirty that it couldn't be used.The owl figurine at entrance is full of birds dropping which is need of thorough cleaning.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We stayed for two nights with our friends and their family. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with Greg was excellent. We would happily recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

Perfect family beach house

We stayed over the Christmas period and loved our stay. We had a family of 5 (3 children under 11) and myself and my partner. The kids had room to play in the ‘bunk room’ and seperate rooms to sleep in. The house was well equiped and comfortable. The best part was the distance to smiths beach ahh h was a less than 5 min walk from the house. Being finickey as it really wasn’t a big issue but if you had a couple of pedestal fans for the bedrooms on hot nights that would be amazing. Note there is air con in the main living area upstairs through. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return!

A brilliant location with all the luxuries of home!

We stayed at this wonderful property with our dear friends. Between us we have 6 children and four adults. We loved our stay, it was so lovely to unpack and walk to the beach as it’s located a very easy stroll from the patrolled beach smith beach. The host Greg was wonderful and ever so helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here!!

Close to beaches and attractions in Philip island

House was clean, enough beds for 2 families. All required utensils in kitchen are provided. It was raining, hence didn't use the bbq. Outdoor shower to clean yourself. Wish towels and bedsheets were provided in the price and TVs had Chromecast :)
