The property was pet friendly, which was perfect for our family Christmas vacation. Close to everything, but not right in town. Great for skiing, snowmobiling and all the winter activities.

Excellent Rental

This home is just as advertised and worked perfectly for our stay in Winter Park. Great accommodations and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Communication with the management was also outstanding. I would definitely rent here again.

House was very clean and beautiful! It was comfortable and quiet. Only small issue is the shower head in the master bath needs replacing, handle was loose and water had uneven streams of pressure.

Beautiful home

This property is beautiful, clean and has a great view of the mountain. It’s not far from the bus pick-up/drop off. The grocery store is nearby and easy to access. The home has everything we needed to accommodate 10 adults.

This cabin truly had everything! The little touches that made you feel at home like a beautiful Christmas tree and decorations. Loved the wrap around porch and conveniently located hot tub right outside your door. Perfect for the whole family to spread out. Great communication from the host.Also loved the pet friendly aspects like a porch you could enclose to keep your dogs trapped but allow them to breathe fresh air. Also the convenient location was amazing for dining and skiing.

The home was in a great neighborhood and check in was easy. The house was fairly clean and the configuration worked well for our family trip (5 adults, 2 kids). We love the location as it was 5-10 min drive from downtown Fraser/Winter Park and grocery store! The only thing to improve would be for the host to provide spices/cooking oil. Kitchen was stocked with pots/pans but all we could find was salt/pepper.

This was the perfect house for our trip to Winter Park! We hiked, rented mountain bikes, and rode the steam locomotive.The garage was perfect. It fit our Yukon with a roof rack. After driving all day, not needing to remove the roof rack before we could put the car in the garage was perfect. The house has hiking and mountain biking trails just up the road. We hiked two old mining trails that were amazing! The 7:30 mine trail and Butler Gulch trail both had spectacular waterfalls, interesting mining equipment, historical significance to the area, and gorgeous views. They were pretty hard hikes for use flat landers. Definitely start before 9:30 and bring lunch! We mountain biked (and hiked) the trails in the neighborhood and around Fraser. The trails behind the house were perfect. We rode the bikes to/from Epic Rentals and were able to store them in the garage over night with the car which made it super easy and worry free. The best places in town are just at the bottom of the hill! This is the perfect house for an active Winter Park vacation!!
