Located close to the town center and Lac Latécoère, come and settle into this charming first-floor apartment (no elevator) in a residence with a swimming pool open in summer (July and August) and a private parking space.
Accommodating 4 to 5 people, the apartment offers a living room (with sofa bed) and balcony, 2 bedrooms, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate WC.
The residence is less than 2 km from the town center and shops, 800 m from Lac Latécoère, and 10 km from the ocean beaches and Lac de Maguide.
