We had a very nice time. The location was perfect. You can walk to the beach, stores, restaurants and an amusement park. The property was clean and cutely decorated. You have your own back yard if you bring a pup with you. Kitchen comes fully equipped. Booking agent was only a message away too and checked in often on how we were doing and if we needed anything. I absolutely recommend this rental home , we would def come back !

The location of the house is in the middle of a parking lot, which made it very noisy throughout the night as well as very bright from the parking lot lights shining through the windows all night. The noise from the people staying upstairs made sleeping difficult too. The house was super cute and big. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location and host was responsive. It’s an old house with thin walls so it was tough to fall asleep the 1st night, with the guests in the upstairs unit partying until the morning hours. However the host addressed it with them and they were more considerate the following night.

The location was perfect and the photos were exactly what we walked into. Very esthetic retro decor, mattresses were comfortable and it was very clean. Water pressure was great and the hot water got VERY hot. We chose late check out which made it really easy to enjoy one last beach day. The only issue I had was the washing machine was filled with old stagnant water and wouldn’t drain. I contacted them about it and they did not respond. I would stay here again, but be mindful that the response from the host is absent. They will message you about extending your stay and all other automated sales options but if there truly was a serious issue I wouldn’t expect a swift solution.

We absolutely loved the location! The beds are not super comfortable and if you’re staying in the downstairs rental, the sound of people walking upstairs is really loud. Our hosts were very kind and made every effort to ensure things were comfortable for us. We appreciated the beach chairs provided for our use.

We stayed at this property for a week and had a fantastic experience. The owner generously offered us their newly renovated top floor unit, which had a large balcony with an ocean view.The location is ideal, just across the street from the boardwalk and beach, and within walking distance of many great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and local shops. There is even a small area in the back to let the dog out, which was very convenient.The unit was spotless and full of thoughtful touches. The fun, retro beach style decor made the space feel welcoming and unique. You can tell a lot of care went into every detail, and we even enjoyed the small selection of books available. The beds were very comfortable, and the washer and dryer combo was a helpful amenity during our stay. The building is very well maintained and includes two parking spaces, which was a nice perk even though we only needed one.Matt, the owner, and the property manager were both very responsive and friendly. Since the unit is newly renovated, there are still a few finishing touches to be made, but Matt was very open to feedback and clearly cares about making the space the best it can be.One thing to keep in mind is that the unit is on the top floor and the stairs leading up to it are steep. It was not an issue for us, but if mobility is a concern, a lower level unit might be a better option.This property is a real gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

Very clean. Great location and very private, even though it’s a shared property. For those that cook, the pans that are there are not great but everything else was absolutely amazing!
