AMAZING Home in the Heart of the VB Resort Area walk to the Oceanfront.

The TREE HOUSE sleeps 10. The TREE HOUSE and an open and spacious cozy home is located in peaceful and safe Old Beach community. Our home is a 7 minute walk to the oceanfront and beach, market, Convention Center, Museum of contemporary Art, amusement parks, and more. It is a short driving distance (10 minutes) to the Aquarium and local golfing. The Tree house has two bedrooms with 2 queen size beds in each room with a TV(sleeps 4 in each room). The third bedroom has a king bed and TV and sleeps 2. Each bedroom has a full bath and there is a half bath in the living area. There is ample parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles and a huge deck offering outside eating and relaxing space. The home is equipped with all linen and towels, pots and pans and eating utensils, grill and more. Washer and dryer. Beach cruisers, surf boards, beach towels, umbrellas, toys are available locally for rent. Trained animals are welcomed at an additional fee.

Really great stay in VB for an awesome price. Loved the room layouts and the abundant sleeping space, the deck was an awesome hangout zone, and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Highly recommend, I’m sure we’ll be back!

We absolutely loved this house! Fit our family of six perfectly. Within walking distance to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Felt safe the entire time. Great deck space for unwinding at night. Bedrooms are large and plenty of space. Lovely trip and amazing location. Thank you so much! Would definitely come again.

This property was perfect for what we needed! I took a girls trip for my bachelorette, and it was a perfect place for us to hang out- we had a paint night on the lovely picnic table outside, it’s an easy walk to get to the beach, and walkable to all the bars and restaurants nearby.

Awesome Lovation

Convenient location between the convention center and boardwalk. The owners were very responsive to my inquiries and we (three moms, three teenagers) had plenty of space. Would recommend and stay again

We had a wonderful week in Virginia Beach! We were there for a dance competition but wanted to be close to the beach. The house is a 8-10 minute walk to the beach - super convenient but also on a quiet street. Tom was great to work with and we found the house to be well appointed and comfortable.

Great place for a girls getaway!

We stayed here 2 years ago and had such a great time reuniting here! Plenty of beds and bathrooms for 6 people to stay comfortably. Such a cute place in a great location! Just minutes away from a Harris Teeter and the beach!

Virginia Beach with great location!

We stayed with our 4 children and grandparents, the house was very comfortable with plenty of beds for all of us. The location was perfect, we never drove as we were able to walk to the beach and several restaurants. We loved the home and would definitely stay here again!

House was large, comfortable, located on very nice corner in a nice neighborhood. Small fenced yard great for dogs. Easy 5 block walk to beach. Enjoyed sitting out on deck! Had a great stay!!

Good location loved the large outdoor porch fire pit, big kitchen , plenty of room ! 5 beds one room large enough for blowup mattress if people want to sleep alone! Overall really nice good parking spaces
