Best vacation ever, amazing property, from the views to the location in front of the most beautiful beach within steps from the condo.The condo is gorgeous, very spacious, extremely cleaned, fully equipped kitchen.Host very professional and always available to answer questions..Don’t miss a whale watching tour!

Spectacular!!

Beautifully designed and maintained, spectacular view, steps to the most wonderful beach, it is one of the best units in the development. We hired the chef who prepared the most delicious dishes with the freshest ingredients, we brought back some of her recipes, there’s also a restaurant on-site and food service, The W-Hotel next door has a very unique architecture and that is another option for dining. Daily cleaning service a big plus. The host very accommodating and responsive, she helped us to arrange airport transportation which I highly recommend, the airport was very busy and gets confusing with so many people offering their services.

Wonderful

Paradise! …beautifully appointed beachfront condo with stunning views, this is an extremely comfortable roomy unit and perfect for families or couples. The location is spectacular, a short walk to a pristine sandy beach, all the amenities of a larger resort but much more local flavor, we loved walking the beach at sunrise, the ocean was safe to swim, the pool was our favorite spot for relaxing and taking in the view. The host went out of her way to make our stay a phenomenal experience, the place was kept immaculately cleaned, we had a chef to prepare dinner one night and it was amazing.This is a special place overflowing with beauty & hospitality, we can't wait to return next year. Thank you!

Absolutely 5 Stars from Start to Finish!

Flawless experience! The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located — perched right above a pristine, sandy beach with a surf break just a short walk away. Every morning, we’d open the sliding doors and let the sound of the ocean fill the space. It was pure relaxation.We had read wonderful reviews about the private chef service, and while she wasn’t available due to our last-minute booking, there were still plenty of great options. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the neighboring W Hotel offers several dining spots with both Mexican and international cuisine.The property is about 15 minutes from the charming town of Punta Mita. Since we weren’t familiar with the area, we didn’t rent a car this time, but on our next (longer!) visit, we definitely will so we can explore more of the local towns and activities.A special thank you to Nelly, the property manager, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. She made everything seamless and stress-free.Highly recommended — we’re already looking forward to coming back!

I understand that our concierge could not meet you upon your arrival but he showed up early the next day, I did not hear from you for the rest of your stay so I assumed that everything ran smoothly after that, if there are no comments we can't resolve issues that could have come up, we have 70 5-star reviews in different platforms and we are VRBO Premier Hosts for the past 15 years so this is really concerning and disappointing, not sure if you can reply to this message, otherwise please send me a private note.
