The space
A relaxed and coastally styled 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday home designed for memorable getaways. With space for up to 16 guests, it’s ideal for family trips or weekends away with friends. Start your mornings strolling along the lake's edge, launch a kayak or unwind on the spacious deck overlooking the peaceful water. Just a 5-min drive to Budgewoi beach, the home also features a media room for movie nights and a fun games room for kids and adults complete with table tennis, foosball, gaming consoles, a smart TV and a drinks fridge.

The Waterfront Sunset is all about comfort, connection, and creating lasting memories by the water.
