About this property

Serenity, Comfort and Peace in the gorgeous Marlborough Sounds

A well-equipped 2-bedroom house with all the modcons, but in the tranquility that only the bush and sea of the Sounds can provide.
A 40-minute drive from Havelock gets to you a piece of paradise where you will only see the spectacular forest and water and only be visited by the local birdlife and wildlife.... and occasionally Nix the therapy dog will pop round to say hello.

Relax on the deck in the morning sun with your coffee, or in the shade of the evening heat; picking the citrus for your cocktail or the herbs for your dinner.

The double bedroom has a spectacular view and sliding doors out to the deck. The two single are in fact king singles and both are electric beds, to make reading in bed easy, as it is all fully adjustable.

Cute bathroom with walk-in shower for easy access. This house has been set up for those with mobility issues.

Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, heatpump/aircon, wifi and netflix mean that your stay will be easy, comfortable and never boring. You won't want to leave.
Lovely bushwalks nearby- close to the Queen Charlotte track and the Link Pathway.

Owner is on site if you need anything, but your space is your own.
Te Mahia resort is just up the road for coffee, pizza or a full meal at Tinkers Kitchen. Further on is the Portage resort which has a bar and restaurant. We are 20 minutes drive from the nearest petrol station with household supplies and the Linkwater Tavern.

We are 1 hour's drive to Blenheim and all the wineries or Picton and the entrance to all the Queen Charlotte Sound has to offer. 40 minutes to Havelock- the Green-lipped Mussel capital.
