Its lakefront position offers spectacular views from two bedrooms, the kitchen, and the lounge room. In the afternoons, unwind with a drink, soak in the stunning sunsets, and watch the birdlife from the back balconies.
 
Green Point is uniquely situated between Wallis Lake and Seven Mile Beach, surrounded by the natural beauty of Booti Booti National Park. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing on the lake, or stroll along the beaches and walking tracks. Surf enthusiasts will find plenty of nearby options as well.
 
Located just minutes from Pacific Palms and Forster, this area is the perfect mix of convenience and tranquillity. Forster offers a shopping centre, great cafés, and restaurants where you might catch a glimpse of dolphins as you dine. Explore the many beaches, or visit the tropical charm of Pacific Palms with its popular surf spots and vibrant cafés. Our stay at Sunset Shores was excellent in all respects. Comfortable and spotlessly clean, well equipped, peaceful, fantastic views and outlook, and really great communication from Ken the host. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay and would certainly stay again.

We loved our stay. The area was peaceful and quiet, home had beautiful lake views and was convenient to Forster, Blueys and Boomerang beaches. The home was very well organised and well stocked with kitchen supplies, games etc.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time at Green Point and Sunset Shores. It was a real pleasure to have the opportunity to visit this freshly listed property. It had everything we needed and more for enjoying time indoors and outdoors regardless of the weather. The views of Wallis Lake are splendid and it was very refreshing to be immersed in the naturescape during our stay. There are also many pretty beaches and look-outs within close driving distance. Ken is an excellent and generous host and we made good use of the very helpful local guidebook he put together.

Exceptional property

This freshly renovated and spacious house was an outstanding property for our family holiday. The inclusions in the house were greatly appreciated, and the views from the majority of rooms is next level. Close to Forster for shopping etc, but far enough away to have a secluded and private break away. Everything included, we simply walked in and had a holiday. Excellent communication with the property managers. Overall, we were very impressed.
