Billies is located on the New South Wales Mid-North Coast in the beautiful village of Smiths Lake just a 3 hour drive north of Sydney, and 20 minutes south of Forster.

On entering the house you will enjoy a relaxed open plan accommodation offering delightful views of the surrounding bush and glimpses of the beautiful Smiths Lake. Google maps indicates that a 1 minute walk will bring you to the lake - this is incorrect as you would need to cross private property.

The property offers 2 queen bedrooms one with en suite and a third bedroom with 2 single beds, all have wardrobe space & ceilings fans.

There is a large secure entertaining deck on the rear of the property overlooking a large garden, with both casual seating and dining areas.

Billies has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer with ice making facilities.

This property has a great relaxing feel with just a short drive to the beautiful surrounding beaches, and a short 20 minute stroll to the village shops of Smiths Lake.

Pets allowed by prior arrangement, conditions apply.

Guests will need to supply there own towels.
