We do want to clarify a couple of points for future guests. While there is a coffee maker provided, coffee itself is not a standard amenity in vacation rentals, so guests are encouraged to plan ahead and bring what they prefer. Regarding the hot tub, as you mentioned, it is managed and maintained by the HOA, so unfortunately it is outside of our direct control. We do understand the frustration when it’s not in ideal condition and will continue to pass along feedback when needed. We appreciate your input and are glad you enjoyed your time overall!

Regarding the kitchen, most vacation rentals are set up with basic necessities rather than being fully stocked for extensive cooking. However, we understand how important this can be for guests who enjoy preparing meals, and we’ll review the current inventory to see if any additions would be helpful.
