Worst booking possible!

Host NEVER responded to anything and I never got entry information. WE DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOUSE!!! This “Host” is a scam snd if this isn’t taken care of to my satisfaction, I’ll NEVER book with Vrbo again!!!
