Royal Palms- Direct Oceanfront 3 bedroom 3 bath, luxury condominium.
This luxurious oceanfront condo is located on the lobby level of the Royal Palms resort—no elevators to hassle with, and direct access to the lobby of the Hilton Hotel. There is a Starbucks, a convenience store, and other amenities located in this Hilton lobby.

Our unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a living room, a dining room, a complete kitchen with granite counter-tops upgraded maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.

This condo is absolutely the best Myrtle Beach has to offer. From the manicured grounds to the marble lobby entrance, you will be surrounded by luxury. The master bath features a separate tub & shower with double bowl vanity along with granite tops.

Royal Palms offers a large sand bottom pool and several hot tubs. Private cabanas(optional rental), a large Tiki bar, and outdoor music are just a few of the great outdoor amenities. Kingston is a private 145 acre beautifully landscaped resort complete with walking paths and lakes.

It features secluded beaches and several bars and restaurants along with 24-hour security gated entrance. Kingston is a great location for all of Myrtle Beach's attractions including the new Hard Rock theme park and upscale shopping and restaurants opening soon for the summer season.

Perfect!

This unit is very spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. You will find all the comforts of home here-a fully stocked kitchen , comfy beds, washer & dryer and 3 televisions. The patio has really sturdy comfortable furniture and was a great place for morning coffee. The third bedroom with a king bed and desk is a nice area to work while on vacation. It’s also great if you have visitors so everyone can have some privacy. Owners were very nice/checked in on our first day to make sure we arrived okay and had everything we needed! Great place!

Amazing Property and Condo!

We had an amazing stay at the Royale Palms and loved the location and close access to the attractions! Would definitely choose this property and particular unit again! The first floor access was idea for our group. We did have a small hiccup with the amenities access on the property. The sand bottom pool, Hilton Pools and Royale Palms Pool are included, but currents water park and Embassy amenities aren’t included, but but it seemed to be a misunderstanding that we were able to work out with the Hilton. Not sure if others have had the same issue.

Royal Palms Review

The unit was pretty much representative of the pictures shown on the website. The unit was clean except that the refrigerator and freezer were not cleaned out and one pantry had leftover food in it. The TV cable boxes need to be replaced. This was the most frustrating part of being in the unit. It was difficult to figure out the living room TV and the bedroom TV never stayed connected. It was a plus having the beach chair closet. Overall a good unit.

Experienced royal palms guest

We’ve stayed in the royal palms 15 years in a row. This is by far our favorite unit. Lobby level, don’t have to use the elevator!! Huge huge plus. View is still good; but obviously not as good as higher floors. Well maintained condo and we will book this one again for next year.

Great Unit!

This unit was so easy to get to and from the beach without the long elevator lines! The host was always quick to respond when we reached out to him with a minor issue which he had resolved by the next morning. We will definitely consider renting this unit again!

Condo Accommodations in a Hotel Resort Setting

We’re almost always house renters for beach trips but threw one together last minute and came across this condo that is adjacent (and connected) to a Hilton resort. What a great find and fit. Big bedrooms and plenty of space. Lobby level was a real plus as the elevator lines were long for 4th of July week. Walk to beach was easy and pit stops at the pool bar are a must.

Great Family Base of Operations at Myrtle Beach

Why stay at a hotel, when you can have a full featured condo at your disposal? Our extended family of 5 enjoyed our stay, in a condo that was easy walking distance to several well-run (Hilton!) pools, and a very nice stretch of beach. The owners were helpful and obviously love the unit themselves - it had almost everything a family would need for a splendid beach vacation. A quick visit to the nearby Kroger to stock the fridge and pantry, and you're set! Easy driving distance to every MB attraction. There's a neat separate bedroom with its own fridge, microwave - and separate entrance! We didn't need it this week, but mightier a future visit. Easy, stress-free parking! The 6- and 8-year olds loved all of it, and found a few friends to play with throughout the week. Enjoy - we'll be back!

Better than last year.

This condo was convenient to everything we were looking to do. The property owner was the best. I told him of some issues and he had the maintenance man there the next morning. Then I spoke with him on the phone. The nicest gentleman and friendly. The space was perfect. They even had beach supplies for the guest, umbrella, sand toys, kites, chairs, etc. (Even though we brought our own chairs, but we just ended up using there's.) We all had space to do what we needed and then enough space to enjoy each other. The pool, beach, and pool bar were all convenient for us. So I say this is a WIN WIN, condo for sure.

Location was good, but was not Ocean front. We were unable to see the ocean from the condo.

The overall condo was just like the pictures. Very clean, and roomy. Everything was excellent. Would book again, although was not direct Ocean front. Great experience! You can see the ocean from the side, but not sitting on balcony.

Girls Weekend at the beach

The property location was great. The condo is really good size-3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The dining and living area are larger than pictures appeared on the listing and the 2 balconies are awesome. Property owner, Chick, was responsive. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Location

This place was beautiful. It has a nice open floor plan and is great to accommodate multiple families. The unit was clean and off the beaten path from the resort. Nice and quiet. The resort has 3 pools and a fantastic pool bar which serves great frozen drinks and lunch by the pool with a great pool waiter staff. The resort was well maintained and very clean. All the great restaurants are within 5-20 minutes away and shopping is so close. Great Stay!!

Overall great place to stay and great experience. Just a couple of small things such as bulbs were out on front porch and locks were difficult to open with room key, but maintainence personnel and other tenants said this was common on other keyed doors in the building. Spacious rooms. Nice beds, furniture, and nice TV's in each room. Nice kitchen.

My wife and I live in Warren, OH. I am a National Sales Manager for a large distribution company, and my wife is an accountant and office manager for a doctor's office. My wife and I graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park. We have three children who reside in North Carolina, one in Raleigh and two in the Charlotte area. Our two youngest children just graduated from High Point University and decided they preferred the southern winters over the winters in Northeast Ohio. (Smart Kids).
We enjoy Myrtle Beach for it's large beaches, good restaurants, and laid back environment.

Why they chose this property

The kingston Plantation is well managed, the grounds are impeccable and the properties are well maintained. The amenities at the Royale Palms are great. In the morning you can walk to breakfast, get coffee at Starbucks and get a paper without leaving the building. WOW thats nice.... The gated community only adds to the value. Having direct ocean access in a large well built building is great. I love the fact that I do not have to fuss with the elevators, just walk out of the unit down the hall and I am practically on the beach.

What makes this property unique

I love having live entertainment pool side during the summer months. I enjoy having waitress service at the pool, and the ability to get a cocktail at the pool lounge. Vacations should be enjoyed. I do not want to work very hard to have a great time. The Royale Palms combines the best of all worlds, offering great amenties, great service and loads of conveniences for the owners and their guest.
