This was one of the best rentals that we stayed in. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans to help make a great family dinner. Nice to have a big table to fit all of us for dinner. Would highly recommend. Only thing I felt was wrong is you have to pay for parking 20 a night which should be included in the rental price otherwise great overall experience. Would definitely rent again.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the unit, especially the well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining table for your family dinners. It means a lot to know you would recommend the property and stay with us again! We also appreciate you mentioning the parking. We completely understand how an unexpected parking fee can be frustrating. The parking garage is owned and operated by Hilton, and they recently implemented a new parking fee of $20 per night. Unfortunately, this is a change that is outside of our control as the rental owner. We do our best to keep our listing information updated as policies and fees change, and we’re sorry this additional expense impacted your stay. Thank you again for choosing our property, and we hope to welcome you and your family back again soon!

The unit itself was fantastic, but understand none of the Hilton amenities comes with the booking and you only have access to a small pool area. There’s a bigger pool with tent rentals and a water park on property at the embassy that’s not included.

Thank you for your review! I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed the unit itself. We understand that access to the Hilton amenities can be confusing, as our property is privately owned and those amenities are not included with this rental. While we have never advertised or promoted access to the Hilton pools, water park, or other resort amenities, we appreciate your feedback. To help avoid any future confusion, we have added an additional disclaimer to our listing clearly stating that guests have access only to the on-site Royale Palms pool and not the Hilton amenities or water park. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Great Family Vacation

The unit was perfect. Has great view of beach fro the balconies. Rooms and furniture were recently renovated. Spacious rooms and having a private bathroom for each bedroom was awesome. Will definitely consider this unit again in the future. One suggestion would higher toilets and rails for older guest.

Vacation 2025

Love this condo, great views and everything you need. This was our second year in this unit. Had to call for more towels, but was taken care of quickly. Master bedroom could use a new mattress, very uncomfortable. Also, not enough carts to bring your items in and out at check in and check out. We went to get cart at 4:00am to pack up and none were available (and no one was in lobby leaving). I'd definitely stay here again. Love the keyless entry. Host is great to work with.
