Family beach trip

We loved the location of this condo and the beach was never too crowded! The pool area is clean and big enough for all guests.The condo unit was very clean and updated. Everything we needed was there!Communication with the property manager was excellent! Would highly recommend!!!

Perfect Anniversary Trip

This was the perfect anniversary trip. The unit had everything we needed. It was very clean and we could tell everything has been updated. Being on the beach front and the free beach setup were great perks. All of the furniture is comfortable especially the balcony furniture. We are lunch there a few times. We definitely recommend Beach House 404c for anyone looking for the perfect getaway. By the way, the Holiday Isle staff were very helpful and very responsive. Thanks to them for making our stay even better.

Location was great. We appreciated the beach chairs and really like the chairs on the patio. The condo itself was clean, however, was lacking on a couple things such as a spatula in the kitchen, a broom and dust pan. We noticed by the door there was drywall patch and missing paint as well as chipping paint in the bathroom. The bathroom around the shower needs some work. The sleeper couch was uncomfortable and our guest wasn’t able to sleep on it.
