Located less than 1 mile from Lake Whitney, this 2000 sq ft 1960’s lakehouse is the perfect destination for your vacation with family or friends. A large shady yard with lake views, and close proximity to boat launch and Walling Bend Park make this a water lovers paradise.

The lakehouse has plenty of space for a family or group of friends, with lots of activities to keep both adults and kids entertained.

OUTDOOR LIVING: gas grill, outdoor dining table & chairs, large shaded yard, yard games, platform tree swing, fire pit + firewood provided

INDOOR LIVING: ample seating, 5 Smart TVs, 2 dining tables, ping pong table, gaming systems, board games, DVDs

KITCHEN: fully equipped, cooking basics, basic spices, blender, Keurig (initial coffee pods for 1st morning), Magic Bullet, electric fry pan, microwave, refrigerator with filtered water & ice maker, solid surface counters & stainless steel sink

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Place linens and towels by the washer
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pet approval in advance & at discretion of hosts(extra fees) Guests greater than 8, $20 per night per guest. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Do not use white towels for make-up removal. For cleaning, blue cleaning towels are under kitchen sink. Please observe quiet hours (11pm-8am)
No parties or events. All fees will be forfeited. Rental will immediately terminate. Extra cleaning fees may be applied at discretion of hosts.

We've been visiting Lake Whitney for over 30 years. Our four children grew up going on the water almost every weekend, and have continued to enjoy lake life as adults. After living in Wisconsin, Georgia and North Texas, we've decided to retire and open our first AirBnB here on Lake Whitney. We're avid water lovers who love fishing, boating and animals.

Besides going on the water, we love cheering on our hometown teams (Pat cheering on his Green Bay Packers and Renee rooting for her Dallas Cowboys).

We can't wait to host you and your loved ones!

Why they chose this property

Great backyard with plenty of shade. Nightly visits from local deer, turkies and other wildlife. Very convenient access to Lake Whitney including multiple boat launches.

What makes this property unique

Large back yard with plenty of shade backing up to Walling Bend Park (lake is ~100 ft. across the road) which is known for cliff jumping.
