Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Keyless Lock on Carport Door into the Kitchen! I will give you a Code before arriving.
When leaving make sure to leave heat on 60 if temps are going to freeze or freezing!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There are 3 Large Trash Can are on the road by the 121 Mail Box on top of the Hill in front of Lake House. Please place all trash in bags inside.
Place all towels in basket when leaving by Washer Dryer, leave beds unmade, wash all dishes, pots &where you found them!
Strictly Prohibited! No Charcoal Grilling inside of the House!! Please remove Pet Waste in the Yard! Put Deck Furniture back in proper place.

Very nice property. Older but well appointed. Accommodates quite a few people comfortably. Wonderful outdoor deck for entertaining. The drive access is challenging. Otherwise an excellent choice for this area on Lake Whitney,

Boys Trip Lake House

Great times had here! It’s perfect for a boys getaway, with a great view of the lake, and a chill porch. The drive up is a bit sketch, but it’s a great place to stay for a no frills lake trip.

Perfect location for a relaxing retreat getaway

I discovered Lake Whitney with some friends of mine some 20 years ago. I fell in Love with it's Natural & Unspoiled Beauty. The Cliffs & Limestone Rocks are great for fishing Or Diving. The Lake is so Clean & Clear. The Fishing is Great, Boating, Skying is also Great. You can Ski forever & never see any other Boats. Lake Whitney is a well kept Secret. Its has some very nice State Parks & Camping sites.I have some other friends that invited me to Lake Whitney for July 4th Holiday. I was hooked I was determined to find me a place. It is very hard to find a Water Front Lake House you can actually walk down to the water, most are Cliff Hanging Lots which are Beautiful to, but I wanted to be able to walk down to the Water. I bought the Lake House over 10 Years ago. I have a Great View & it is very nice & peaceful. It has all been updated with 45' Deck.I plan to retire there some day.. .

Lake Whitney is very quiet & peacefull.The Lake is one of the most Beautifull Lakes In Texas. Lake Whitney has been voted one of The Best Lakes in Texas with all of it's Parks & Camp Ground's. They even have Equestrian Trails for Horseback riding.It is vey close to Dallas/Ft Worth area little over 1 Hour Drive to the Metroplex.

What makes this property unique

When you pull into the driveway you see the Lake & you begin to relax. It has a Great View of Lake Whitney from the 45' Deck & every room in the Lake Home.The Neighborhood is a nice place to walk & watch the Squirrels, Birds chirping. You can actually see the Falling Stars in the Black Clear Sky at night.
