Great home base for visiting Sequim, Port Angeles, and Olympic National Park. The home was exactly as described and the property was excellent for our toddler and dog to run around.

Possibly the best property I’ve ever rented! The house is beautifully decorated, peaceful (especially with the backyard waterfall & apple trees), it was clean and what a pleasure to use the well stocked kitchen every morning for breakfast. Loved the outside sitting area! Perfect place to come home to after a long day of hiking. Communication with host was always pretty quick. Location was perfect for all of our hiking we did in Olympic. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at this property- we used it as a base camp to explore Olympic National Park. The kitchen is very well stocked and the house is cozy and comfortable. All the little touches in the decorating like the glass balls and stain glass art pieces were lovely. The host accommodated an early check in for us- that was so helpful.

Great property. Big kitchen area, lots of cooking items. Quiet location but still close to the park. Only challenge is that the two upstairs bedrooms have high wall openings between them so not sound privacy in those rooms. Overall, would highly recommend!

Great stay! There is an onsite housekeeper that lives directly next door. Was a little odd having someone else on the premises, but he was kind and was mostly doing yard work.

Oh wonderful. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. We would be glad to host you again when you return to the Peninsula! (Yes, there is a groundskeeper on-site. He's responsible for the yard and he times the mowing as to not interrupt guests.)

This house was so cozy, and comforting. My kids felt right at home. Lots of amenities, so many cooking/baking/kitchen appliances. If I could give 10 stars I would! Laundry on site was perfect for all the hiking and rainy days. So much room for a family of 6, and their backyard was peaceful. Kids loved having a swing set too! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house felt incredibly spacious, and the layout was one of our favorite things about the property. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and spend time together without ever feeling crowded. The stained-glass artwork throughout the home was absolutely beautiful and gave the space so much personality. It was a unique touch that made the property feel warm, creative, and memorable. The way the light came through the stained glass added something special to the overall experience.Overall, this was a comfortable, welcoming place to stay, and the combination of the open layout, generous space, and stunning stained-glass details made it stand out. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

My husband and I along with our son, his wife, and four grandchildren loved our stay at this beautiful home in Port Angeles. All of us were comfortable and found the home and grounds to be wonderful. It was close to many places - Hoh Rain Forest, Hurricane Ridge, and whale watching via Puget Sound Express that was a spectacular experience. We would love to come back!

Nice Large House in Port Angeles

Really clean and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood near Hurricane Ridge area in Olympic National Park. Cabin like feel with large back yard and deck plus balcony. How was very responsive to questions. Bonus: property has an EV charger!

This home was great and perfect for our family reunion. The location was beautiful. It was peaceful and quiet. Loved all the wildlife. Conveniently located to Olympic Discovery Trail (perfect for that morning walk or bike ride), Port Angeles and the beaches as well as Olympic National Park. Many fun activities. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. A big plus....fresh cherries of the cherry tree in the back yard...so good, thank you. The home was great.

This place is extremely close to the Hurricane Ridge section of Olympic National Park. It is clean for the most part and well maintained, but just a FYI for future renters - the two rooms upstairs share the same wall and airspace (meaning the wall doesn't reach the ceiling so you can hear conversations and/or other noise from the other room, which could be an issue if you are a light sleeper).

Response from VrboOwner on 27 Sept 2025
From the owner: “We’re glad you found the home clean, well-maintained, and in such a convenient location near Olympic National Park. For clarity, the two upstairs rooms are loft-style; they have full walls and doors, but there is an open airspace at the ceiling peak that can allow sound to travel. Many guests find this setup cozy and functional, but we’ll continue refining our listing description to ensure expectations are clear. Thanks for the feedback, and we’re happy you enjoyed your stay overall.”
