Very comfortable house, quiet location and great communication with our host. Near to city so easy to get in for walks and entertainment. Will stay again.
We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with this property. The house is very spacious, beautifully and modernly renovated, has air conditioning, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is great, on a quiet street whilst being conveniently and perfectly situated for everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance you could need - from pots and pans, to an air fryer. We stayed for over two weeks, as two adults, one child and a baby. The host provided a bassinet and baby bath, and had even decorated for Christmas! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will most definitely be staying again. Highly recommend!

Stay at Balgownie
The property was lovely and met our needs. We were unaware host didn't meet us at check-in but sent msg that didn't show on email but required getting a code that took several minutes to appear on Ipad for us to get into the Stayz message. On home PC messages just appear; in NZ we needed code. There were no instructions on how to use TV, or find switch for outdoor lights when dark. The day after we returned home found 3 day old email from host requesting we feed the fish. Not seen so not done.
