Cute apartment with very convenient location on James Island only 4 miles to Downtown Charleston and 6 miles from Folly Beach. Nice features such as high ceilings, crown molding, Rinnai gas hot water heater and hardwood floors. The galley kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless appliances. Also included is a stacked front-loader washer & dryer.

Great place with attention to detail

My sister and I stayed here on our visit to historic Charleston. The VRBO is really cute and comfortable. We loved staying here and the trip downtown was very easy and quick. Kit communicated with us very well and we would love to stay here again.

Beach trip

Didn't make it to the beach often because of weather, but the location ended up being fantastic! Very close to coffee, good restaurants, and grocery stores. Quick drive into Charleston. Would definitely consider staying again!!

Beautiful House - Convenient Location

Flew into Charleston for the first time and visited the Charleston, Pawleys Island, Murrells Inlet, and Hilton Head area. Location of the property was right it needed to be for less than a two hours.

30th anniversary weekend

Great Getaway

This little apartment was perfect for out getaway. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, but it is a nice quiet area. The apartment itself was clean and well stocked. It was a relaxing vacation.

My daughter and I stayed for her 13th birthday trip. This house was located halfway between Folly beach and downtown. It made for easy drives to shopping or our beach days. It was a very safe area and quiet at night. The nearby grocery stores and restaurants provided quick access to what we needed.

Loved the Lil House

Tiny but quite charming. Perfect for 1 or 2 guests. I would go back. Host Kim was quick to respond to questions. All the aneniries were available. It was in a good location.

Centrally Located

My husband and I enjoyed our 6 night stay on James Island. Kit had the place well stocked with everything we needed, and she was very communicative and concerned that all was well with our stay. We were pleasantly surprised how close we were to everything, especially downtown Charleston. So we went there often. The place was a cozy, comfortable home base to get out and see all of the area. Thanks Kit.
