No cleaning crew had come before we checked in. Bags of trash were left, dirty towels were in the washer unwashed, dirty sheets still on the beds, floors not swept or vacuumed, beds not made. After we cleaned everything, the rest of the stay was great

Thank you for the 5-star review! Sorry the cleaning team hadn’t prepared North Hampton Unit 126 before your arrival — that fell short of our standards. I’ve shared this with our housekeeping partner so it won’t happen again. Glad the rest of your stay was great. It was our pleasure to host you — we hope to welcome you back. Luxury Beach Rentals
