About this property

The corner of Praia do Forte, Sao Francisco do Sul, Santa Catarina

Furnished townhouse available for rent year-round; Christmas, New Year's, Carnival, holidays and weekends. Ideal for families who want to relax in a quiet, family-friendly, private and safe location, next to the fort and very close to the beach. Greenery predominates around the townhouse, with various fruit trees providing shade and attracting the constant presence of birds and other animals from the region. The sea breeze filters through its large windows, inviting you for a stroll along the beach, contemplating the abundant nature and landscape of the old fort, open to the public. Given that the house has 2 bedrooms with double beds, it is ideal for 2 couples, however, it can accommodate up to 6 people in total, subject to additional costs. The house is entirely at the exclusive disposal of guests. As an extra guarantee, for both landlord and tenant, a private rental agreement is drawn up, a template of which I provide in advance to all those interested in renting, via private message.
