The property was clean and comfortable and the location is excellent. One thing that needs to be made clear is that this property 102A and any other rental at the Madrid that ends in a letter does NOT have assigned parking at the Condo. The owner does provide a pass for street parking but this needs to be clearer in the listing. It should state that under no circumstances can you park at the property and that you must park on the street. d. I checked in late and parked in the wrong spot after 11 pm. I was towed and it cost 300 and wasted time to get my car back. We came midweek and it was easy to find a spot on East Louisville, but I don't know how difficult it would be on a weekend.
