Location! Location! Location! The Summer Sands Condominiums are beach front in Wildwood Crest! No busy streets to cross!
Just step out the door of our condo and you’re hit with the amazing ocean views! There is a large oceanfront sun deck next to the unit that in the summer months you can sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee, dinner or a glass of wine.
The complex also offers:
- On site property management during the summer months,
- An elevator with luggage carts,
- Bicycle racks
- Five sundecks,
- New on sight coin and phone app operated laundry located on each floor,
- Two heated swimming pools ***Closed during the winter, reopen Memorial Day***,
- 6 commercial barbecue Weber gas grills *** Closed during the winter, reopen early May***,
- An enclosed outdoor shower and an open shower for rinsing off.
Our newly painted and updated unit is the perfect place to make your family vacation a comfortable and memorable one!
A completely renovated glass tile bathroom has been added.
The unit can sleep a family of 5 with one queen bed and a twin bunk over a double futon in the bedroom and SHEETS & PILLOW CASES WILL NOW BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RENTAL! along with pillows and comforters.
You must provide your own Bath and Beach towels.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental on the beach.
The kitchenette is completely equipped with:
- Full size refrigerator with freezer
- 2 burner electric stove top
- Microwave oven
- Toaster
- Toaster oven that fits a 12" pizza
- 12 cup coffee maker
- Kuerig K-Cup Machine
- Newer dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, cooking and eating utensils and pots and pans.
There is a new 65 inch flat screen tv with dvd player in the living room and a 32 inch flat screen tv with play station 2 which doubles as a dvd player in the bedroom. The unit is also equipped with FREE WIFI, Roku live tv and all the latest apps for all your streaming services.
Spend your days on the FREE beaches and then when you’re ready for some evening fun take a 5 minute drive or Trolley ride (summer months only) (stops directly in front of the complex) to the exciting and legendary Wildwood boardwalk. There are three amusement piers featuring over 100 rides and attractions — including world-class roller coasters and three beachfront water parks.
Beautiful historic CAPE MAY is also only a short 10 minute drive south with great shopping, restaurants and night time activities. We recommend taking a drive to Sunset Beach while you’re there for the evening Flag Ceremony which is held daily during the season (May through September).
Looking for some great nightlife and entertainment then head north to the ATLANTIC CITY Casinos only 40 minutes away! There’s something for everyone here at beautiful Wildwood Crest!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
On the day of your check out your door access code will expire at 10:00 am so please be sure to leave by then so our cleaning crew can start cleaning for the next guest.
We also ask that you remove any garbage from the cans, including the bathroom, and place in the dumpsters outside under the ocean front deck.
Also remember to clean and put away any dishes and pots you may have used.
If you move furniture, books or other items to please remember to put the items back in their place for the next guests use.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
