Great spot for the family that’s close to beach. The house has plenty of nice amenities including board games and toys for the kids which was amazing.

We had a wonderful time staying at this Sea Colony townhouse. Everything in the home worked well, the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and tools, there was detergent/soap/etc. (which isn't always provided but is much appreciated), and the location was fantastic. And the host is very responsive and helpful!

The condo was very nice and close to the tram stop. The pool with the splash pad was perfect for our 3 year old grandson and he loved all the toys Any questions were answered quickly. Thank you
