The house was nice and utilized the space perfect for me and my guest. Access in and out was easy and understandable. There's only 1 TV, so if you want entertainment in the rooms be sure to bring something and perhaps a portable speaker with good sound. The house was clean and the yard was enjoyable in the evening, especially with the table. Its a perfect space for a personal stay; the area is quiet.

I'd tweak a few things. Fix the fence latches, the slamming front screen and the kitchen sink door that doesn't close. The front fan produces a strobe effect. I'd definitely put in paper instructions for fans, AC and wifi - those QR codes remind me of COVID.
