Lovely updated home close to UT! Super clean! We loved that pets are welcomed. The owner is excellent at communicating and was kind enough to let me know about an item left behind. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

Nice little place!

We were in town for UT softball, and this place was within a twenty minute walk of the softball field. Large grocery store within two blocks, and several eating places located nearby. The house is a nice little place that Carlos has fixed up nicely. Carlos stayed in contact, and answered any calls we made to him. Great stay in Austin!

We visited Austin for the Formula 1 race. This property was conveniently located to a grocery store, restaurants, and highways for travel to and from COTA. The unit was clean, modern, safe, comfortable, and had all the necessities, especially for cooks. A few recommendations: the most important would be window coverings for privacy on the main floor; coffee/end tables and lamps downstairs and lamps in the bedrooms. Even without these additions, we would certainly stay here again for our return to COTA next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
