Everything was perfect, except for the back yard had a ton of big ant piles that a few of us stepped in.

Peaceful and cozy

As a house of 10 frequent skiiers, we liked its location on the Llano and the boat lift, making it easy for us to get out on the water whenever we want and keep an eye on the boat. It was would be nice if there was a place to hang 12 wet swimsuits, lifejackets, etc. instead of hanging them on the chairs on the patio. Additionally, the couples who stayed in the queen-sized beds (the 3 bedrooms that weren't the master bedroom) said that the beds felt too small.

Instant Home Feel

We just loved it here. The owners did such an amazing job with decor and detail, the house felt instantly comfy and inviting. We were super pleased, my little ones also fell instantly in comfy love. We will be back!

Cute House in a Great Community

The house was very clean, comfortable, and cute. My 4-year old loved all of the games available inside the house as well as all of the things to do around the neighborhood. The whole family came so my husband and I could attend a friend's wedding, and the house was very accommodating to all of our different schedules and needs. A lovely home.

Great lake house! Both house and property were well maintained and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and grilling. The boat dock lift worked well for our boat. We had no issues. We had a great time and I'm sure we will be back in the future.
