We had a fabulous time with the river and pool. Had some minor issues and injuries but all around we had a great time, would return if issues got fixed

Property was clean, however there is wear and tear throughout. Not enough to bother or inconvenience us much. Maybe an issue for a future guest. I would recommend a walk through and take photos of what you find when you first arrive.Communication with host was very easy and always answered any questions we had fairly quickly.Besides not having a dock over the lake(we knew going in), which would have been cool, it’s a great view. The back yard and pool set up was spacious and plenty with seating.Split between the 7 of us, pricing wasn’t awful, but maybe works better for a group of 10-12.
