The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious entry and secure lock-up garage. This level features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen bed and built-in wardrobe, and a second oversized bedroom with three single beds, a Smart TV and plenty of space for families. Both bedrooms open onto a sunny private courtyard through sliding doors. A family bathroom with separate bath and shower, along with a European laundry equipped with premium Miele washer and dryer, completes this level.

The heart of the home occupies the second floor, where open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas are surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that capture spectacular ocean views. The dining area accommodates up to 8 people and the main living area is completed with open fire place and large smart TV. A convenient powder room is also located on this level.
