Walking distance to restaurants, convenience store, town park and Giant Steps main lodge, where you can get onto the slopes of Brian Head Ski Resort. This condo was made for both adventurers and families who wish to relax. You'll also have access to a slew of year-round outdoor activities including skiing/snowboarding, sledding, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, UTV/dirt bike trails and community amenities during your stay, including a hot tub, sauna and game room. Whether you're here to tackle the terrain or to fish, all the best of Brian Head Resort is within reach from this condo!

Great condo in a great location

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. In a great location, you can walk to the lifts. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice condo. Ground floor with door that opened to parking lot which was so super helpful. Empty pantry however. Only salt n pepper and some tea. Was taken aback by that. Had to go buy stuff at the market. Also no toiletries. Other than that good place to stay.

Great place close to the resort!

This condo fit all 6 of us perfectly. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had necessities needed which made cooking easy, and the tv worked great. Fun family time!

Perfect Location!

This property was perfectly located for our family. The kids loved the park and all the activities they could do. It was so convenient to walk back for anything we needed instead. We were also able to walk to the activities at the Brian Head resort and the kids loved all they had to offer. Besides the great location the condo had everything we needed!

Great and Clean Condo Close to Everything!

We had a great visit! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It is close to the pond where the kids enjoyed playing, kayaking and fishing. We really appreciated how well stocked the condo was with basic cooking ingredients and toiletries. Steve and Christy were wonderful and very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

FABULOUS CONDO

Beautiful condo, perfect for our family visit. Everything was as described on vrbo. Close to ski lodge. Super clean and well stocked. Definitely coming back. Would recommend this condo without reservation.

What a fun place to stay

This was a great condo in Brian Head. It was a short walk to the ski slopes, and there was sledding about 100 yards away. The condo is well kept and the kids enjoyed it. After playing in the snow we had a nice warm place to come back and relax.

Perfect In Everyway

The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. No musty smells that we have experienced in other Brian Head condos. It had all the supplies our party of 8 needed during our 4 day/3 night stay. At night, the kids enjoyed the high speed internet while the adults watched Netflix in front of a fire. The location was ideal. About one minute by car to the main lodge and 30 seconds by foot to a fun/safe sledding area for the kids. This condo will be 1st on our list for future trips.

Great updated condo!

This is a great condo in Brianwood. It is updated, clean, convenient and the owners were very responsive. I love that is on the first floor facing the parking lot which gave direct access in and out of the condo. Its an easy walk to the lifts. The furniture is new and comfortable and the appliances were all new and very nice. The beds are huge! The master must be a California King, and the both the upper and lower bunks in the second bedroom were full size beds. There were only 3 of us, but would easily and comfortably accommodate more. We will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Condo

We loved this condo. It was perfect for a week of skiing in Brian Head. It's located so close to the slopes and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will be coming back!

Perfect for a ski vacation

We loved our time at this condo. We had a Mom, Dad, 21 year old and 15 year old and it was a great size. I loved that they had a new sponge in the package to use for our dishes. I HATE stinky rags and some VRBO's have them. Everything was clean and as expected. It was nice having the ground level because we parked right outside the door which made moving in and out really easy.

We had a great experience at this condo. The owners were extremely helpful and all the check in/ out information was organized. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils, games to play in livingroom, grill on patio. Beds were comfortable and entire unit was clean and being on ground floor was convenient for unloading and close to park/ pond area for activities. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Super clean and ground floor was very convenient.

Steve and Christy’s condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay including a brand new Weber BBQ to use. Having direct access to the parking lot on the ground floor made it very easy to unload our luggage snd go outside. We will definitely stay here again.
