About this property

8BR/4BA sleeps up to 20 people! PRIME LOCATION!

NOTE: The safety and security of our Guests and Team Members has always been our priority.
We are taking additional precautionary measures to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards and to do our part in reducing the spread of coronavirus.

Book our ENTIRE HOME! This is a perfect location for family vacations, reunions or wedding guests to stay together in one place. You can have your whole group stay together on one property while still allowing each family to have their own space. Each unit has its own kitchen and laundry facility.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years and must be present throughout the rental. No pets allowed. Small gatherings of 15 persons or fewer are permitted. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Unit #1 is a 4 bedroom 2 bath condo with nearly 2000sqft of space. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom, second bedroom has full over full size mattress bunk beds, third bedroom has a full size bed, 4th bedroom has a king size bed.

Units #2 and Unit #3 are both 2 bedroom/1 bathroom with approximately 750sqft. Each bedroom has a King size bed and the living area in unit #2 has a pull out sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. Unit #3 only has the 2 king beds on the bedrooms.

We have free parking available for up to 6 normal sized cars. Parking is located under the house, so large lifted trucks, vans and/or RV’s will not fit on the property. There is close by city parking available for large vehicles for a fee.

We have complimentary beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels for use during your stay as well as 2 outdoor electric grills.

A complimentary high chair and pack and play are also available in each unit.

We will do our best to be flexible on reservation durations. Please ask, we are here to help as best as we can!

Love this place!

We had a great time here! Great location, close to beach, walking distance to lots of areas including Johns Pass and many places. We loved Mad Beach Brewing. Would recommend for a family or large group.

Wedding stay

This property was super clean and well maintained. There is lots of outdoor space to enjoy and is a quick walk to stores/restaurants, and the beach. The only downfall is that it is located on a busy street with lots of traffic noise, but generally by evening, it was much quieter. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and provided rapid responses.

Great house for friends and family

We had a large group in for our son’s wedding in St Pete. The house is huge and accommodated all of us so well. The two upper units were great to give a little privacy to families with kids. The location is excellent as well. Shelley ( owner) was easy and prompt in communication. I’d recommend this house to anyone with a big group. So fun.

Spring Wedding

We rented all 3 units. The home provided us with a place to spend time with family and friends in one location the week of our son’s wedding. House’s kitchen was well stocked. Shelley & Chad were excellent communicators and answered all inquiries within minutes. Additionally, they initiated communication as needed. Home’s beach basket with multiple beach towels and a bag was a super nice and appreciated touch. Beach access was across street and there are many restaurants, activities and shopping within walking distance. Another much appreciated aspect of the house was the numerous outdoor seating areas for lounging, chatting and dining as well as plenty of parking for guests.

Don't Expect Too Much

Location is fine but the property is not high quality. I would guess this is a remodel of a old apartment. Parking is underneath the house and very tight. Parking also flooded with about 6 inches of water when it rained. Internet was on and off so not reliable. TV service was not working in the main part of 2 units. Furniture was worn. Outside deck was uneven. I don't feel it was worth the price and would not recommend to others.

Kirk, I am sorry you did not feel our property was worth the stay. It’s unfortunate you did not relay this information to us when we asked you at check in how everything was and you said everything was perfect. It seems you only had an issue when after you left the property and we asked you about the feces your guests left in the bathtub and a broken foot stool in one of the units. In all of our years hosting, that was definitely a new one for us. Also, had you asked, I would have told you that the house was originally a single family home built in the late 80’s and in the early 2000’s a company turned it into a multi unit complex. It was then remodeled in 2020. It is quirky and yet you seem to be the only renter that hasn’t loved it. Best of luck to you in the future.

Great vacation

We had a great time in Mad Beach at this property! The place was clean and looked just as shown in the photos. It was an awesome location across the street from the beach and walking distance to Johns Pass. The restaurant next door (Lisa's Cafe) also serves a fantastic brunch. The communication was great between Shelley and myself. The only snag we had was with the grills on the property to which Shelley said she would have maintenance check out for future guests. If you are looking for cleanliness, great location, and space to spread out, look no further. We would certainly return!

This property is simply amazing. Across the street from the beach, close to shops and restaurants, and 3 levels of hanging out and people watching. Hosts were super responsive and had plenty of chairs, towels, etc! Everyone enjoyed!

Beach getaway

This house was set up perfectly for our 3 families. It has 3 separate units in 1 big house. We didn’t feel on top of each other. The location is great too. They supplied plenty of beach items for us to use and we just had to walk across the street to get there.

Close to a nice area of Madeira Beach! Plenty of beach supplies. We rented all the 3 units and I don’t think that we would be comfortable if there were other people that we didn’t know in the property. Overall we had a great time!

Perfect beach house

Your beach house was perfect for me and my family! Those who stayed in units 2 & 3 upstairs joined us first thing in the morning for coffee on the deck as we decided on what we would do that day. Inside we gathered together in the spacious living room & dining room to eat, play cards & games. We all had a great time! Thank you!

Excellent!

This property is located right across from the beach! It also had all the necessities like beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc.. They even had beach chairs and a cooler. Awesome rental for sure!
