This property exceeded my expectations. You can fish off the deck in the backyard and then take a 5 minute walk to enjoy a spectacular sunset on the Gulf of Mexico. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The backyard is an oasis. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool area daily. Manatees, dolphins and a multitude of Florida birds were sighted. The elevator provided easy access to all three levels of the home. This home has it all.

Pristine location for both beach and bay! Home is beautiful and spacious, pool area was disheveled, furniture broken, dirty, scattered all over the outside. Cushions were quickly replaced, other details attended to. The home needs a little more tlc.

We were very impressed with this beautiful clean home.We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren & everyone just loved it. The kids loved the big pool & hot tub. The beach was 5 minutes from the house, so we walked everyday. This 6 bedroom house is so big,that 3 of the kids had their own room. We loved the spacious kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed to cook. We all loved playing ping pong on the ground floor. We will definitely be back next summer. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved the location. Beach across the street was absolutely amazing! House is not as pictured. Maybe once it did but not anymore. 1. Outside appearances not so great. Missing siding/trim. Stairs going up to pool looks to have some rot. 2. Big stack of shingles in the driveway.3. An extension cord running in the driveway.4. Broken beverage fridge in the kitchen,5. Outlets work sometimes throughout the house and then they don’t.,6. Going into the upstairs double room the threshold to the hallway and door is broken and slides out.7. No pool lights.8. Getting stuck in the elevator! 9, Door on living room cannot be used as it doesn’t stay shut from the outside.10. Handle came off in our hand on said door and we had to fix it.11. Batteries in all remote needed to be replaced which we purchased. 12. Tv in the master is not great. The Roku worked sometimes. Maybe time to upgrade to a smart TV. 13. Having to ask for the hot tub to be turned on everyday is really frustrating.15. No good furniture on the third floor balcony’s. Such a great space but not good to sit.16. Need More cushions for the outside furniture. Only one of the chairs that lays out had cushions. 17. Fan light in the primary is broken with wires hanging out. 18. Some of the deck railing seemed loose and really should be tightened. 19. Second shower head in the primary bathroom does not work!20. Jets in the hot tub shot straight up and were so loud!21. Pool fountains in pictures do not

This house was just in an amazing location! Did some work need to be done on the outside? Absolutely. But the inside was clean. All the bedrooms were great. Did I mention location?? You had the intercoastal waterway in the back and the gulf across the street in the front. We watched dolphins and manatees daily from the dock. Most things you needed were within walking distance and the trolly stop was right across the street. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and would definitely return!

Great spot for friends or family stay. Rooms were great and spacious. Kitchen was great. Pool and deck area were awesome to hang out at. Location is excellent with beach access across the street and great eating nearby (try the mahi tacos at Caddy’s).

Beautiful House & Property!

Beautiful house and location! Perfect for our family with private dock for fishing, kayaks & paddle board, and easy access to the beach. You can’t beat the views from this house.

Nice location

Prefect place for out family, grandkids enjoyed the pool and ocean, enjoyed the waterway for fishing and paddle board the house could use a little bit of updates but nothing bad,otherwise it's a very nice house conveniently located to everything quiet area our family had a great vacation would definitely rent again

Perfect Location

This property is in a perfect location with a short walk to the beach and several restaurants! We had 13 staying at the house, the house was spacious enough for all of us!

Family Getaway!

Beautiful home and location. The pool area was wonderful and pier out to the bay was great. Location to the beach was just steps away. Our family enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere after 5 days at Disney World. Relaxed and made beautiful memories!

Best local ever

What a beautiful house and perfect location. We had 3 couples, 1 toddler and 3 dogs. Rooms for everyone with their own bathroom. The private dock was great for fishing or sunning. Setting in the pool with the beautiful view of the bay or under the cover to stay out of the sun.

Perfect Home for our Stay

With this house you get to enjoy both sunrises on the intercoastal and sunsets at the beach! We enjoyed the hot tub and infinity pool when we weren't spending time at the beach. Great location to enjoy many restaurants, shopping, and other activities. Owners were very responsive to any questions that popped up. Perfect house for large groups and families.

Lovely Home

We really enjoyed this home for our girls weekend! Its in the perfect location and has beautiful views. Quite area and easy beach access. The dock is very peaceful and the perfect place to be when the sun rises. The property management was great. Very helpful and attentive to our questions/needs. I would book this place again and recommend it to others.

Unique and lovely Beach home!

Very charming home with loads of personality. The location was perfect; just a short walk across to the Gulf coast and a private pier out to the intercoastal waterway/canal.The only reason I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing is that the photos make it seem like everything is flowing from master bedroom to living room and kitchen and it was actually very separated by levels. Perfect though for a couple of families….but we were traveling with 2 disabled guests so it a little tricky.Overall : Excellent vacation spot!!!!!

Excellent property

Four work colleagues and I rented this house for a two-day work session. It was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. We walked on the beach in the mornings before work and enjoyed the pool and sun decks during our lunch breaks. Very enjoyable experience.
