The place was real nice and clean not to far from the main attraction! The view was amazing at night you can see the night life around the area was very nice. I will on suggest getting a new mattress for the apartment but other than that it was amazing! Looking to book again!

Great apartment for all things

For the first 1/3rd of my trip, I had a cold and was comfortable in the apartment and could get plenty of good food nearby For the second 1/3rd of the trip I met friends out and went to all the bars and beaches and everything FLL has to offer. Great stay for socializing and partying For the third 1/3rd of my trip I got pulled into work. Still a pretty comfortable place to work from even though I normally need a monitor All in all, the set up matches the post

Beautiful place, nicely kept with anything you could ever imagine to cook with in the kitchen. Provides lots of extras, but no safe. I would also say there is stadium chairs and a golf umbrella vs. beach chairs/umbrella. Most uncomfortable furniture though you could ever imagine is the downside on rainy days/evenings.

A Perfect Stay

We arrived to find the unit clean, well furnished and so comfortable for our stay. The location is perfect for walking to both amazing dining and shopping opportunities. Most valued was the access to the water taxi. It's not only the perfect mode for transportation around the area and Hollywood Beach. Though we did not take advantage of the beautiful roof top pool, the deck and lounging area provides an amazing view of Fort Lauderdale. This is a perfect stay for anyone looking to enjoy the Fort Lauderdale river front and beaches. Go and play all day and into the night!

This place is absolutely perfect, it has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool is the best! The views from the rooftop are stunning, it was not crowded either! Everyone we met here was beyond friendly

Great stay in Ft Lauderdale!!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a last minute getaway and totally lucked out with this property! Such a great location with tons of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Overall a great stay, the property was super clean and newly renovated, and the rooftop pool was so nice as well. Would 10/10 recommend!

It had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive with any question we had On top of it the location was great! Beautiful place

My contact with Nyree from the beginning was very cordial and she answered every question and was very attentive. Her place was impeccable, she had everything that my husband and I needed, it smelled good, was clean and orderly. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding our stay and the payment but it was resolved quickly. We were arriving from the airport early in the morning and Nyree was accommodating with our check-in time, however, when we arrived, the Concierge was not at the front desk. We waited about 10 minutes around 2:00 a.m. and we ended up letting ourselves in through a side door that was unlocked (not sure why, a little concerning). When we did get around to the concierge's desk, there was a sign informing us that if we needed assistance we were to call a certain number because he was doing his site rounds. In my opinion, that sign should have been put on the front door so we could called sooner and he would've known we were there. When we finally did meet with the concierge, he explained that he was new on the job and he did not know where our key was so we had to contact Nyree. We got our key and finally checked in around 3. Once we got to the rental property, we prepared for bed. My only issue with the bed was that it was too small for 2 adults. It was very comfortable but my husband just did not fit so because we stayed for 5 nights, we took turns sleeping on the pull out couch :-( We did have a slight issue with the air conditioning but again Nyree contacted maintenance and he was there the next morning and that issue was resolved. We were there on the weekend and later in the day, the Wharf next door, was always busy with music nd people. It wasn't too much, rather nice. The building is quiet ND clean.. it does allow dogs but if I didn't see them, I wouldn't know they were there(in other words, I couldn't smell them). Overall 4🌟🌟🌟🌟just because of the slight inconveniences but we'd highly recommend and stay again😉

Amazing Place

Everything about this place is perfect. Super nice location around bars and restaurants, the night club outside the balcony, the views from the rooftop and the pool. It truly felt like home & literally had everything we needed except a broom but my stay here was soooo nice I bought a broom. We will definitely be back !

The condo was clean and livable. The building was well maintained with many nice amenities' The swimming pool was excellent. Parking was excellent and we always had a spot on the 5th floor just steps from our condo. the down side was the bldg location. It is just above "the warf" and the noise on weekends was deafening. We tolerated it well as we kept the doorwall closed and slept ok. There is no TV in the bedroom and there is a scarcity of cooking utensils. Also there is only one key FOB so couples cannot split up and must come and go together. There are no grocery stores in the area.

Wonderful and secured. Very clean.

Walking on the river walk was so peaceful. The runners & bikers were polite when we we walking. Just missed taking that FREE water taxi ride. The dogs were all treated with they dog park & running trail that were very nice.
