Luxury Beach House
Welcome to our luxury beach house in beautiful Peppermint Grove Beach. The perfect stay for family and friends looking to relax in a secluded, peaceful spot.
This beautiful, modern beach house has expansive open plan living with spectacular views of Geographe Bay and is only 100 metres to the white sand beach.
The designer kitchen is fully equipped with dual ovens, 5 burner cooktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine as you take in the magnificent views from the large alfresco dining and lounging area or enjoy evening BBQ’s while watching the stunning sunsets.
In the winter, watch the surfers catch waves at the local surf break or if you’re lucky, see the whales on their annual migration.
This home boast 5 beautifully designed bedrooms and 2 tranquil bathrooms each with rain shower and separate bath.
Chill out in the separate media room, or set the kids up with a movie. Free wifi is included and there is plenty of off-street parking. A separate laundry with washing machine is available and the home has ducted heating and air conditioning.
Complimentary beach trolley is provided, and two paddle boards are available for hire on request.
Note: This property sleeps 8, however a baby travel cot is available free of charge.

Peppermint Grove Beach is the South West’s hidden gem, an unspoilt coastal village of the doorstep of the Margaret River region. We are half an hour from Bunbury and Busselton, close enough to enjoy the action, and far enough away to avoid the crowds.
The Peppermint Grove Beach Holiday Park is a 4 minute drive from the house and has a camp store for the essentials and well-stocked bottle store. Their bar “Peppy’s” is open in the summer on Friday and Saturday evenings and serves delicious woodfired pizza’s and bar snacks.
Capel is a 10 minute drive away and has an IGA, gas station and pharmacy.
Capel Vale winery is a 10 minute drive. Take a picnic and grab a bottle of wine from the cellar door and relax amongst the vines.
