Relax near beautiful beaches

Nice house located in a rural neighborhood within 10 minutes drive from the beach. This is the perfect house if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. The inside it’s really well decorated and updated with everything you need. The host has been really nice and also provided us internet connection and also he immediately sent someone to lawn the grass and fix the TV. The only downside was that the house was full of spiderwebs in the outside, so my husband had to clean it as much as he could and also the inside had a lot of spiders when we arrived, but we had to spray poison everywhere to get rid of it. I understand it was in a rural position but you could tell that the outside of the house wasn’t been cleaned for a while. Also the garbage doesn’t get picked up in that location so we have been dealing with a lot of garbage since we have been there for a month. There is a lady called Raffaella who helps the host since she live like 30 minutes away who came to pickup the trash once but we didn’t want to bother her too much so we kept 3 weeks of garbage in the garden. Also at the end of the vacation I was charged for the electricity bill and I wasn’t expecting it because it’s not clearly stated in the web site but it’s written only in German in the more house rules tab. Overall it was a nice relaxing vacation

A little disappointing

Stayed at the property for 2 weeks from beginning of September. When we first arrived we were disappointed as the villa looked run down/ tatty. The grass around the edge of the villa is long and needs cutting, the villa has paint peeling and is patchy needs re-painting. To the rear of the villa is a mess with an old door frame and building materials/ tools stacked against the property.. The grounds need sorting out as overgrown.Inside was a little better but again needs attention, door frame hanging off , toilet seat loose and door handle falling off which I fixed.The whole place Needs TLC ! Doesn’t look as nice as it does in the pictures in the advert.The other niggle is rubbish is not collected and you have to store it onsite. Water is stored in a tank around the rear of the villa and you have to keep checking it so you can contact the owner to arrange for it to be replenished.Needs a good spring clean inside and out to clear all the cob webs that look like they have been there for years! Having said that it’s in a great location perfect for beaches and amenities. A car is a must . No check in as key is left under a cushion on one of the outside chairs. Overall if all the problems/ issues were resolved it would be a nice place and would definitely book again.

Vom Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut organisiert. Es ist alles was man zum kochen benötigt vorhanden. Ich wollte ruhe in Urlaub und die habe ich hier tz 100% erhalten. Wenn man die Natur und ruhe mag kann man hier bedenkenlos buchen und der Vermieter macht es einem so angenehm wie möglich. Für eine person ist es fast zu groß aber wie geschrieben war es für mich perfekt auch mit dem Panorama der Berge etc. Danke nochmal an Herrn Haeberle

Die Unterkunft hatte alles, um sich zuhause zu fühlen.Die Umgebung in dieser Lage ist ein Genuss für Naturliebhaber sowie Strandbesucher von San Teodor bis La Caletta alles in Kürze zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist immer ansprechbar und äußerst zuvorkommend.

Vom Check-In bis zum Check-out verlief unser Aufenthalt absolut super. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war eher freundschaftlich als geschäftsmäßig. Er war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und hat bereits vor der Anreise proaktiv mit wertvollen Hinweisen zur Verfügung gestanden. Das Haus liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück mit etlichen Oliven- und einigen Orangenbäumen im Bereich zur Strasse, im hinteren (genau so großen) Bereich wurden bereits weitere Olivenbäume gesetzt und hoffen auf Regen zum anwachsen. Der fehlenden Bewässerung ist wohl auch die auf dem Agentur-Foto sichtbare Palme zum Opfer gefallen. Nicht dem Vermieter anzulasten sind einige Nachbars-Hunde die uns gelegentlich nächtens geweckt haben. Vor kurzem erhielt das Haus einen weißen Anstrich, was ihm sehr bekommen ist, denn es wirkt noch freundlicher. Im geräumigen Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Schrank mit genügend Platz und Kleiderbügeln, eine Kommode mit Schubfächern sowie jeweils einen Nachttisch.Das Haus kann bei Bedarf mit einer im Wohnaum installierten Klimaanlage gekühlt werden, zusätzlich gibt es einen Standventilator.Die Küchenausstattung ist top, von großzügiger Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination über Backherd, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler bis hin zur Kaffeemaschine ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Im geräumigen Bad (Toilette, Bidet, Wanne und sep. Dusche) steht ein Waschvollautomat zur Verfügung und selbst einen Fön kann man zuhause lassen.Alles in allem : TOP

Perfekt zur Erholung

Die Lage ist in einer ländlichen Gegend, alles sehr ruhig und man kann sich sehr gut erholen. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto 10min entfernt, auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Am Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist top.

Ferienhaus Torpe

Wie beschrieben, ein ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus zum Entspannen. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe. Auch Ausflüge in die Berge sind kein Problem. Sehr schöne 14 Tage.

Sardinienurlaub

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top ! War immer hilfsbereit und hat sich gut um alles gekümmert! Die Lage ist abgeschieden im ländlichen Bereich, was für uns super war! Tiere in der Nachbarschaft (Hunde und Esel) sind zu hören, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus liegt nur wenige km von Torpé und Posada in ländlicher Umgebung auf einem sehr großen Grundstück. In der Nachbarschaft sind vor allem landwirtschaftliche Flächen. Hier muss man sich auf Geräusche von Traktoren, Schafen und Hunden einstellen. Die angrenzende Straße Localita S. Paulo wird von den Anwohnern und der Landwirtschaft genutzt. Torpé und Posada sowie die Strände Su Tiriarzu, Iscarios und San Giovanni können in 10-20min mit dem Rad oder in 5-15min mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und hat eine moderne und gute Möblierung. Bett und Sofa sind hochwertig und bequem. Für 2 Personen ideal geeignet. Die umlaufende Veranda bietet zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten und verfügt über mehrere Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten. Gekocht wird mit Gas. Strom wird nach Verbrauch abgerechnet. WLAN ist im Haus nicht verfügbar, das mobile Netz mit 4G/5G ist einigermaßen gut. Das weitläufige Grundstück ist sehr schlicht gehalten, eine große Grasfläche rund um das Haus mit ein paar Olivenbäumen. Mücken gab es im üblichen Rahmen. Die Vor-Ort Betreuung erfolgt durch Raffaela, die sich um alles kümmert und bei Bedarf vorbeischaut (bei uns einmal um eine neue Gasflasche zu bringen sowie zum Check-In und Check-Out). Insgesamt ein schönes Ferienhaus in guter ländlicher Lage mit guter Ausstattung.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt

Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück, sehr ländlich und entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Vermieter Oliver hat uns aus der Ferne bei allen Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Raffaella, die vor Ort das Haus betreut, ist ebenfalls super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus war top sauber und ist richtig gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Ich kann es nicht leiden, wenn in einer Ferienunterkunft, wo ich nur wenige Tage verbringe, Sachen wie z.B. Geschirrtücher, Müllbeutel fehlen... Hier war das und vieles darüber hinaus vorhanden. Sogar eine Schürze 😉, gute Pfannen, scharfe Messer - wir haben gern hier gekocht. Im Schlafzimmer und im Bad sind reichlich Schränke und Abstellflächen vorhanden, um alles ordentlich unterzubringen. Das Bett fanden wir sehr bequem. Auf der schattigen Terrasse war es sogar an heißen Nachmittagen recht angenehm. Eingekauft haben wir oft in Torpé, im kleinen Supermarkt mit familiärer Atmosphäre, der viele regionale Produkte anbietet. Wir haben traumhafte zwei Wochen auf Sardinien verbracht. Danke nochmal für die liebevolle Betreuung. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Ein super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Der Kontakt zu Raffaela und dem Vermieter, Herrn Häberle, verlief optimal. Wir und unser Hund haben auch den komplett eingezäunten Aussenbereich sehr genossen. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Ruhe pur

Wer die Einsamkeit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der einzig merkbare Nachbar ist ein schwarzes glöckelndes Schaf - ganz wundervoll. Ansonsten hat man hier Ruhe pur. Unsere Hündin hat das tolle komplett eingezäunte Grundstück sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist auch aus der Ferne super hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Parfait pour se ressourcer au calme tout en étant proche des activités.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au sein de la villa d'Olivier. A l'extérieur du village de Torpè (15 min à pied, 3 min en voiture), sur un grand terrain planté d'oliviers et de roseaux, proche de la rivière qui apporte une fraicheur bienvenue la nuit (nous n'avons pas utilisé la climatisation, uniquement le ventilateur) et aux pieds de collines, cet endroit ravira les amateurs de nature et de calme. Il y a bien quelques bruits liés aux activités d'élevage alentours mais rien de bien gênant et quoi de plus normal en milieu rural : bien au contraire, cela participe de l'ambiance et c'est très sympa de parfois croiser les bergers et leurs troupeaux de moutons sur la route en rentrant lorsqu'ils les amènent sur une autre parcelle. La maison, un grand carré de plain-pied avec un pilier central supportant une toiture à pente douce de quatre faces débordant l'habitacle (ce qui offre une terrasse couverte sur 3 des 4 côtés) semble typique de l'architecture locale. La chambre est confortable, la salle de bains et la pièce à vivre sont spacieuses. L'équipement est complet et moderne. Pas de wifi mais les réseaux mobiles passent très bien. Je ne saurais me prononcer sur l'offre TV, nous ne l'avons pas allumée. Quelques petits détails mineurs de maintenance, comme toujours dans une location de vacances en fin de saison. S'il fallait citer un point à améliorer : un peu plus de vaisselle et de couverts seraient les bienvenus. L'emplacement (voiture fortement conseillée) : Plages à proximité immédiate (La poséda, La Caletta...), Olbia à 35 min, Cala Gonone à 45 min. Nombreuses activités nautiques ou autres. Arrière pays que nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps d'explorer. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire et la personne sur place, très avenante et réactive, malgré la difficulté de la langue. Je recommande vivement !

L'immobile si trova in un ottima posizione immerso nella natura , vicino al mare e al centro Posada. Inoltre dista non troppo ne dal comune di Orosei ne da quello di Olbia permettendo di visitare tanti posti con spiagge bellissime.L'immobile si presenta efficiente e funzionale con tutto l'occidente necessario

Bezauberndes Landhäuschen - Entspannung pur

Mein Mann und ich genossen unseren Aufenthalt in dem roten Häuschen auf dem Land sehr! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich mitten im Grünen in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich das kleine, verschlafene Torpè - abseits vom touristischen Leben. Das reizvolle Posada in der Nähe vom Meer ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus ist modern-geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet - Klimaanlage, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine,... - alles funktionierte einwandfrei! Die Kommunikation mit unserem zuvorkommenden Gastgeber war für uns schon im Vorhinein ein Geschenk, da er uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps für unseren Urlaub auf Sardinien versorgte. Der Check-In und das Auschecken vor Ort liefen reibungslos. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die wunderschöne Zeit und können dieses bezaubernde Ferienhäuschen sehr weiterempfehlen!

Fantastica vacanza

Abitazione perfetta, siamo stati 15gg io compagno e bimba di un anno con tre cani. Presenti tutti i confort, pulizia ottima, giardino enorme e comodo. Proprietario genrilissimo; grande disponibilità, professionalità e gentilezza da parte della Signora che gestisce la casa. Posizione a 5-10 minuti d'auto dalle spiagge di Posada, 5 minuti dal paese, splendido tra l'altro e seppure piccolo con presenza di tutti i servizi. Consiglio assolutamente per vacanza con bimbi e anche con cani. Torneremo sicuramente
