Large veranda and spacious garden with a beautiful, very well-kept green lawn, flowers, and Mediterranean plants. The house consists of two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom.
Tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hot outdoor shower, barbecue, outdoor lighting, large wardrobes, etc. Unlimited internet.
Part of a semi-detached building, the garden ends in front of a small river.
Ideal for families and for those seeking maximum peace and quiet.

Great stay, great host

We stayed at the beginning of May. The stay was wonderful. Sardinia's most beautiful beaches are located only 10 minutes away. The house itself was clean and everything we needed was provided. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cold, however, together with our host Antonio we found a good and speedy solution. We highly recommend this house.

Super hilfsbereiter und herzlicher Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und Antonio hatte viele tolle Ripps für uns. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und ist eine tolle Alternative, wenn es am Strand zu windig, oder heiß ist. Besonders die Terasse und die Außendusche haben wir sehr genossen.

Schönes, abgeschiedenes Ferienhaus mit vielen angenehmen Details

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und haben als 4-köpfige Familie hier eine wunderschöne Woche gelebt. Man merkt, dass das Haus vom Vermieter selber genutzt wird: Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen und es gibt viele sehr angenehme Details, wie die Außendusche oder die überdachte Veranda. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, nahe an einem kleinen Bach.

Gepflegtes Haus in schöner Lage.

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man eventuell benötigt. Mobiliar innen und außen sowie die Elektrogeräte sind hochwertig. Die Lage als letztes Haus der Straße ist hervorragend. Vom Garten aus blickt man auf einen kleinen Bach und einem dahinterliegenden Schilffeld. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Der Eigentümer ist per Mail oder WhatsApp immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Toller Urlaub!

Das Doppelhaus ist sauber, super ausgestattet und verfügt über einen wunderschönen Terrassenbereich und Garten. Durch den Garten fließt ein kleiner Bach. Einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Kommen gerne wieder!!

It was a pleasure. Antonio was very welcoming and always easy to reach, the house is on a quiet side street, a small river running along the garden, read: very idyllic; the beaches around San Teodoro are fantastic. Great with kids.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus in der Nähe von San Teodoro

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ende einer einer Straße im Dorf Nuragheddu. Am Grundstück fliest ein kleiner Bach vorbei. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Der Vermieter Antonio ist sehr nett, zur Begrüßung lagen kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank. Zu den Traumstränden sind es mit dem Auto nur einige Minuten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt an einem ruhigen Ort nur wenig km von wunderschönen Sandstränden entfernt. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Ruhig gelegen, sehr gepflegt, Ausstattung super

Dieses ruhig gelegene Haus war perfekt für unseren Urlaub mit 4 Personen (2E, 2 Ki). Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der große Grill wurde häufig von uns benutzt. Auf der großen überdachten Terrasse konnte man sehr gemütlich sitzen. Die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine. Gläser und Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden. Es gabe eine Waschmaschine, Sonnenschirm, Strandstühle sowie Strandspielzeug. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand und nicht abgenutzt. Das beste war die Außendusche (mit Warmwasser). Der Hauptstrand (La Cinta) ist mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch genug vorhanden. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Maiosn très agréable

Nous n'avons pas rencontré Antonio le propriétaire, mais il avait fait en sorte que notre séjour se déroule parfaitement. Petite maison très bien équipée avec douche extérieure très appréciable par forte chaleur ou au retour de la plage. Proche des plages (beaucoup de monde en août). Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Schönes Ferienhaus im Grünen

Das Ferienhaus von Antonio liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist schön schattig gelegen. Ein kleiner Bach fließt am Garten entlang. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar entspannen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Super WLAN Verbindung. Wir haben hier zwei Wochen verbracht und uns gut erholt. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Great holidays in San Teodoro

We spent 10 wonderful days in Sardinia. Antonio's villa in San Teodoro is perfect. The house is well-equipped with a beautiful and peaceful garden. We enjoyed having breakfast, lunch, dinner and barbecue there. The location is perfect too, very closed to the beaches. Antonio was really helpful and nice and made everything very easy from the start to the end of the booking! We recommand this place completely and hope that we will be able to go back there soon! Thanks again Antonio! Nous avons passé 10 jours superbes en Sardaigne. La villa d'Antonio à San Teodoro est parfaite. Elle est très bien équipée ave un jardin magnifique et très calme. Nous avons beaucoup aimé y prendre nos petit-déjeuners, déjeuners, diners et y faire des barbecues! La situation est aussi parfaite, très proche de plusieurs plages. Antonio a été très aimable et utile du début à la fin. Nous recommandons sans hésitations cette location et espérons vraiment pouvoir y retourner un jour! Encore merci Antonio.

Lovely Place to relax close to San Theodoro

We enjoyed our visit in the very lovely, clean and smart holiday home close to San Theodoro. We liked to sit on the patio in the wonderful garden and use the outdoor shower after returning from the beach. Inside the house everything was very well prepared (towels , beclothes, dishes a.s.o). Antonio`s brother in law staying in the house next to us was very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot Emma, Kerstin, Moritz and Oliver

Atmosfera perfetta

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana veramente bella e rilassante. La casa è posizionata in un luogo tranquillissimo, mantenuta bene e il punto forte secondo noi è la veranda e il bellissimo giardino. Pranzato e cenato tutti i giorni all'aperto. Un grazie di cuore a Antonio e sua madre per l'ospitalità. Ci facciamo un pensierino anche per l'anno prossimo...

location pour des vacances reussies

maison parfaite avec tout le confort, très propre et conforme aux photos.Elle est bien située prés des magnifiques plages et du centre ville de saint Téodoro(très animé avec marché nocturne et nombreux restaurants ). Vous serez au calme sur un terrain arboré et entretenu ou l'on profite de la fraicheur en plein été.Le propriétaire est très sympathique ainsi que sa sœur qui habite à coté et qui est toujours disponible pour vous donner des conseils pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour.Je recommande vivement cette location en espérant un jour y revenir.

Cosa dire... Sono stati 20 giorni trascorsi all'insegna della tranquillità ! La casa e accogliente e fornita di tutto il necessario per trascorre una vacanza rilassante! Recommendable!

We spent two weeks in May in Antonio`s house. It is located in a calm area at the end of a street. From there it is only a 5 minutes drive to San Teodoro and the beautiful beaches. The house has two sleeping rooms and a kitchen/living room in the middle. It was clean and very good equipped (towels, bed linen, kitchen utensils etc.). In the living room there was even a fireside! We also enjoyed the big terrace and the garden. All in all we had a great time and we can really recommend this house!

Wonderful location!

We spent two weeks with our two children ( 2 years and 5 years old) at Antonio´s house. It was perfect: really calm located, a nice garden and terrasse with sunny and shady places.There were everything we needed in kitchen; the two bedrooms had a good size, each had two large and modern wardrobes to stow all our stuff. The house was very clean, the windows had fly-screens to keep out the moscitos. The outside shower was perfect with warm water and the barbecue was also useful. Antonio gave us lots of helpful tips for beaches, restaurants, supermarkets ... Its good to have a car to reach the beaches and the center of San Teodoro. Thank you very much!
