Large veranda and spacious garden with a beautiful, very well-kept green lawn, flowers, and Mediterranean plants. The house consists of two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom.
Tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hot outdoor shower, barbecue, outdoor lighting, large wardrobes, etc. Unlimited internet.
Part of a semi-detached building, the garden ends in front of a small river.
Ideal for families and for those seeking maximum peace and quiet.
Extra costs not included: €150 for cleaning. Extra linen available on request, €50.

House built by the family, who spend the holidays there. Well cared and surrounded by greenery, with a large garden and a very spacious veranda. Nearby beaches within easy reach.

Garden with lawn , flowers and Mediterranean plants , well-kept , the treatment is done for insects and mosquitoes . The large veranda overlooking the forest and the stream, is the ' last house of close road A short walk from San Teodoro and the beaches , but very quiet and surrounded by greenery .
