Imagine waking up to the sunrise and the sea breeze in this corner apartment, right on the beach, with panoramic beach views from every room and an lift. Perfect for families and pets, it offers 3 bedrooms (1 suite with a king-size bed and balcony, 2 with queen-size beds, one also with a balcony), a spacious living room with a barbecue, a modern kitchen, and a dining area for 6 people with sunrise views, integrated with the laundry room. It includes safety netting for children and pets (except on the suite's balcony), air conditioning, an outdoor shower, and parking for 2/3 cars. For working from home, all 3 bedrooms have a retractable desk for a laptop. The apartment features a 50" LED TV, two hammocks for the balconies, beach chairs, a parasol, a cooler, and a cart to transport equipment to the beach! Comfortable beachfront accommodation with balconies and a barbecue for families (up to 6 people) and pets is the perfect place for you to enjoy nature, appreciate a beautiful view of the beach, and enjoy a peaceful and restorative rest with your family! We also have a large water supply (access to 30,000 litres) and do not experience water shortages during peak season. :)
