Situation on a quiet street this two story cottage has an open floor plan with a large living room featuring flat screen TV and sectional sofa. The kitchen is large and fully stocked to self-entertain along with seating for 4 people and full bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs you will find an two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom features a King size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a futon sofa that can be converted to another bed. Outside you will find a fully fenced back yard along with off street parking and a 2 car garage. Book this home for your next getaway to the beach!

Nice yard for pet and beautiful walking neighborhoods around the house! The side houses are a bit close so we smelled some cigarette smoke and heard lots of other dogs. The location was great and I walked to the beach with my pup. House was simple and got the job done !

We loved the location of this Morro Bay Beach Cottage, and that we were able to bring our pup! There’s a great dog beach about a 2 minute drive from the house, and a quick trip to the Cambria Christmas Market and San Luis Obispo! Also, a quick drive into the town of Morro Bay for a delicious coffee and breakfast.

The house is excellent for traveling with two dogs. The location is 1 mile from the dog beach and it has a fenced backyard. The neighborhood is walkable (with some hills if desired) if your pups are not too tired from the beach already.
