Our apartment is located about 2 km from the highway exit A17 - Prohlis, Nickern, Kreischa. It is located in the basement of our house. It is sunny, bright and quiet.
The apartment can accommodate 2 - 4 persons. It has shower / WC, HD-TV, CD player, radio, terrace and a parking at the house.
A comfortable lounge and a sunny afternoon from terrace invite you to linger.
Our small kitchen includes refrigerator with freezer, electric cooker with hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and all necessary accessories.
2 people use a quiet bedroom; 1 - 2 more a couch in the living room.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nette Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut, in einem ruhigen Teil von Dresden, aber trotzdem gibt es etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder buchen. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Allerdings durch Kellerwohnung etwas fußkalt. Im Sommer nicht schlimm, im Winter potentiell erkältungsfördernd. Sehr nette Vermieter, die auch Barzahlung akzeptieren, da der Buchungsvorgang über die Internetseite nicht funktioniert hat. Ansonsten vollständig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, auch für Familie mit kleinem Kind geeignet. Insgesamt also zu empfehlen.
