Our family loved the open living area, which was perfect for spending quality time together. The home was clean and well-appointed throughout. The only downside was a damp, mildewy odor in the basement. While somewhat expected for a charming older home, the smell was a bit unpleasant. Overall, we still had a wonderful stay!

Safe neighborhood

The house is in a great neighborhood. Close to interstate and shopping. All you need was provided. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great Location

All in all, it was a good stay. The beds were very firm and there is no place to unpack suitcases. The main bathroom is a challenge for anyone with mobility issues, it is a jacuzzi tub with a very high threshold to clear in order to get in the shower. The kitchen everything

The co-host was very responsive upon our arrival and answered our questions quickly. The location felt safe, had a large yard, and the house was nicely decorated, which we appreciated.That said, the interior was disappointing. Upon entering, there was a strong musty, damp smell throughout the home. Even with air purifier/dehumidifier the odor remained. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, as there was soap left in the shower from a previous guest and hair on the floor.The entire downstairs had not been vacuumed, with dead bugs along the walls, & roaches found in one bedroom. 217.00 cleaning fee was not acceptable and it not being properly cleaned. The stairs did not feel safe for older guests. While there is a shower downstairs the shower/ jacuzzi tub upstairs is not friendly for an elderly person.While the home had nice features, the interior conditions did not meet expectations for the price paid. With some improvements to cleanliness and comfort, this property could be a much better experience for future guests.
