Loved the view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cannot beat the view! We loved our stay. Would have loved it more if the beds had been updated as all were very uncomfortable. But I guess you are not there to sleep! Private beach was invaluable as it was a holiday weekend. Weather was perfect too. The home has a smaller living area then appears in photos and no outdoor dining which would have been nice.

Thank you for your feedback on our home! We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay, the private beach and beautiful view. We appreciate your feedback about the beds and we know mattresses can be tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. However, we have shared your review with the owners for their consideration and have inspected all mattresses to make sure no replacements are needed. We always appreciate the opportunity to address problems while you are in the home, instead of letting us know after departure, so we can make sure you are enjoying your stay. For future guests to note, our teams are available to assist with any issues 9am to 6pm, 7 days a week. Once again, we appreciate all the detail you had to share about your time in South Lake Tahoe, and hope to welcome you back soon!

The location is amazing but the property was missing air conditioning and during summer the house gets so warm that it is inhabitable even with fans on full speed. Around 7, with the windows open the second floor was close to 85. First day the windows were stuck and had to call the emergency line to get maintenance team on the property to open the windows. Outdoor furniture was not cleaned before our stay so could use it but everything else within the property was clean. Overall removing one star for that reason.
