In the popular district of Boude on the heights of CHATEL, you will enjoy the calm, the sun and a panoramic view from its large balcony and a flowery environment in summer. Direct access to the balcony for each room.

THE ACCOMMODATION: The apartment on the 2nd floor for 7 people, with an area of 60 m2, has:
- an independent entrance.
- a fitted kitchen open to a large living room (electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment).
-A bedroom with a double bed.
-A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
-A TV lounge with a sofa bed for 2 people, which can be used as an independent bedroom in the evening.

Direct access from the bedrooms and living room to the balcony with panoramic views of the resort, valley and mountains.

At your disposal is a closed garage for storing skis and bicycles and a private parking space.

End-of-stay cleaning included in the fee (95€). The kitchen must be left clean, the bins emptied, the dishes washed and put away.
