The house was adorable. Very clean, comfortable beds. We enjoyed the fantastic location to so many places. Easy parking and very quiet. Overall a great stay!

Poor support and dirty house

Very disappointed with customer service in Burbank location. Upon my arrival, I’d tried contacting Marilyn (the local Evolve support assigned to this property) at the phone number listed for rental contact information. None of the AC windows were working and the inside temperature was above 90 degrees. Unable to do so, I called Evolve Team directly at 877.818.1014. They let me know the property owner would be in contact with me within the next minutes. At 12:15 AM, after my arrival I had not yet heard from the owner nor Evolve Team in regard to the operational components of the rental unit including AC and lights not working. Aside from lack of communication, upon exploring the remaining of the house, we realized the dining room chairs cover tearing up on the seat and bottom, leaving black pieces on the ground in which results in constant cleaning. The bathroom vent was very filthy, in which clearly shows housekeeping is not doing their job. Upon stepping outdoor in the patio area, the table and chairs were covered with bird feces, requiring us to complete the cleaning job that was paid by us upfront to be done. Based on my last experience with Evolve, this is NOT how travelers should experience a vacation home.

Great place!

The house was nice, clean and was perfect for our family of 4! Home is older (like most places around LA) but it has been well kept. The property is nicely maintained and I loved the wild flowers in the backyard. It is located in a great area that I felt safe walking around with my kids. There is a park and a public pool right across the street (though the pool was closed when we visited). No assigned parking but we never had a problem finding a spot. We stayed in March and nights/early morning got a little chilly so I would have loved to have a few extra blankets. The bed in the smaller bedroom is a little firm for our liking but those are just some personal quirk's. After a hefty cleaning fee I didn't particularly appreciate the envelope left from housekeeping requesting a tip. Overall, we had a great stay and would return!

Nice, clean home in convenient Burbank area. Close to multiple attractions. Gave 4 star as we were never able to reach property manager about early check in or late check out, despite texting, calling and emailing. No instruction left on where to find trash cans to remove trash as instructed at check out. Minimal supply of hand soap and body wash. No paper towels. Parking is street only and street cleaning happens during the week. Had to park on next street over on those days.
