Large open kitchen and family room with immediate access to deck area. Living room and extensive outdoor living area with screened porch where there is also a TV, and upstairs and downstairs decks. 30' Pool in fenced rear yard with newly installed salt water system. Completely updated two zone AC system with UV air filter system. Four Bedrooms. Including 2nd Floor Ensuite Bedroom with Private Bathroom and Queen Size Bed Front Bedroom with twin beds Rear Bedroom with full bed and single bunk bed above it.. Second Floor hall bathroom with full bathtub. 1st Floor Bedroom with Queen Bed and Single pull out couch. 1st Floor Bathroom with walk-in Shower and private changing area. Property wide wifi and premium cable service - with TVs in Living room. Bring your Netflix and Amazon sign-ons for Smart TV use. One medium sized dog allowed with pet fee. Pet fee is based on length of stay. House, pool, AC Systems and appliances all professionally maintained by local vendors. CAR CHARGER! Pool openings are not guaranteed in the off season, please confirm with your agent. NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED.
