The home is beautiful, and the party barn was a huge hit. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, and the beds were so comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive.

Splendid property with much use of the pool and hot tub. Party barn was a hit especially when the coastal storm blew in. We enjoyed movies both inside and outside. The beach was exactly a mile walking, which made it easy. And everyone had their own space to decompress. Excellent week!

Beautiful Beach Stay

We have stayed at a number of beach accommodations and this was the best of the bunch. The house was stocked with everything we needed plus the party barn and pool were big hits with the grandsons. The location made for a quite stay but many attractions were within walking distance and there is ease car access to dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. If the family decides to have another Rehoboth Beach get together, this will be the first place we consider. Have to give it an A rating.

AMAZING PLACE

We had the best time over New Years with family! This house is comfortable and fun with an amazing layout. They garage is a great place for the family to play games and hang out! Thank you so much! Oh, the owners are awesome as well!

Perfect girls weekend

My three college roommates and I rented the home for a girls weekend during the winter. We had a lovely time cooking, playing games, and lounging on the sofa chatting. The home is an easy drive from shopping, restaurants, and (of course) the beach and it was such a lovely and relaxing place to be together.

Had a Great Time!

Kitchen was fine. Loved the Party Barn. We used the pool, air hockey and foosball tables many times. We also took advantage of the TV and mini fridge. Used the bikes every day. (some need some a little TLC). The pool and hot tub were used every day, especially by the kids. Some of the outside furniture need attention. In particular the large umbrellas needed repair or replacement. The basement bunkbed arrangement for the 3 kids worked out well. The master bedroom and king bed room on the second floor were fine. The other bedroom on the second floor was OK but I received complaints that the air-conditioning was sometimes blowing too forcefully making it uncomfortable (maybe a different diffuser might help)We had some initial problems finding the place but after a couple of days the street network became familiar. The beach was a little further away then we would have liked but we used the bikes and had a drop off/pickup system in place pretty quickly. We walked downtown several times. In general walking/biking around town was a delight!Other comments: I guess you got the message about one of us (me) backing up and knocking over the mailbox (which we repaired)(Sorry about that). We ended up with only one dog. She loved the back yard and had a great time! I thought the City's charge for on street parking is outrageous. (120). I did get a ticket before I got the parking pass. (we had 3 vehicles) You may want to warn folks about this in the future. All the best!

Hi Raymond! Thank you for all of this feedback! The outdoor umbrella must have been damaged over the summer. We have gotten rid of it and plan to replace ASAP. If you stay in the future, you can park a 3rd car in front of the garage instead of purchasing a parking pass. Sorry about that! I am glad that you and your family enjoyed your stay, the pool and the hot tub! Hope to have you back again.
