This classic beach cottage won Cottage of the Year in 2003! It is just a 1/2 block to the beach, boardwalk and is just a walk away from wonderful restaurants. This property features 4 Bedrooms plus a 1st floor Sleeping Den, a relaxing large front screened porch, private back brick patio with outside dining, an enclosed outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, and 2 car off street parking.
