Family Weekend
We had such a great family trip to Tall Timbers Camp in Branson! The resort was perfect for our family, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. We especially loved spending time at the pool and floating around the lazy river. The kids also loved grabbing ice cream from the General Store!
We rented a golf cart for the weekend, and it was definitely worth it. It made getting around the resort so convenient and added to the fun of the whole experience.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and made some great family memories. We would definitely recommend Tall Timbers Camp and look forward to coming back!
The property was fantastic and our family of 6 enjoyed it immensely. Close to Branson activities, entertainment and restaurants. Having a full kitchen was an asset for late meals and snacks. Parking was right outside the front door. We enjoyed quiet and peaceful walks around the complex. Will definitely keep this rental in mind for our next vacation.

It’s great to know the convenient location near Branson activities, the full kitchen, easy parking, and peaceful surroundings all added to your experience. We’re especially happy you were able to enjoy relaxing walks around the area as well.
We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and are so glad to hear you’ll keep us in mind for your next vacation. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
I hesitate to give a great review bc I dont want others to know how great it is! We have always stayed at big cedar and we like Tall Timbers better. Its a slower more quiet pace which we really like. The AC was amazing in the July heat, home fully stocked with everything you need. The only minor detail was there was dust on the bedroom ledges. We love the property and the staff at Tall Timbers general store and food trucks. We took our grandkids and they loved fishing and swimming in the pools. It is a 10 minute drive to long creek marina and it's swimming area.
This cabin was perfect for our extended family gathering: daughter from Chicago , her husband and two kids age 7 and 10; son and his dog from Austin, and my husband and I from San Antonio. The house was well equipped for us, the Rent Branson team was wonderfully responsive, and the setting was unexpectedly amazing!I knew there was a hot tub on our deck, and an indoor and outdoor pool that we would have access to, but I didn’t expect them to be as large and beautiful as they were. Prior guests mentioned walking trails they enjoyed, but I didn’t envision the extensive, well tended network of beautiful forest trails. The cabin is a part of a family focused resort called Tall Timbers Camp, established in 2025. It includes a third water feature (lazy river), an activity center, (with camp activities!) ponds for catch & release fishing, and a general store. The whole complex is walkable or drivable. It was so wonderful for our family we plan to make it an annual tradition.
Pay attention to the 2 separate addresses. One gets you to the resort, one gets you to your unit. The resort has grown exponentially since the pictures have been taken, this is not a small resort. The dog park was right next to unit but was flooded and unusable. Plently of resort to walk your dog around without the dog park. There are steps in the outdoor pool that are not visible in the pool. The entrance into the indoor pool area from the top parking lot is a trip hazard. The indoor pool area is air conditioned and the indoor pool is not heated, making it a cold swim. The unit was clean and well stocked. Comfortable for all in party for sleeping and visiting. The resort was a good location for all the activities that were planned such as SDC, Top of the Rock cart tour, and Dogwood Canyon. Tall Tales restaurant and El Patio were good eats. Both clean with good selection. Got coffee and pizza from General Store, both were good flavor with decent price.
The property was exactly what we were looking for. The checking process was seamless and the team was very responsive. The bedrooms were nice, especially with each having their own bathroom. We enjoyed the covered patio and the amenities including the pool and basketball/pickleball courts. We do wish the outdoor grill had been larger as it was hard to cook for 8 people. The wifi was on but at times was slow.

Thank you for that feedback! We hope you come back soon!
We stayed at the Lost Timber Hideaway at Tall Timbers camp in Branson and we cannot wait to go back! This is a very new resort, and honestly it feels like you are in a Hallmark movie town. SO clean, and nice roads and just all the ammenities are AMAZING! The outdoor pool is the biggest pool I have personally ever seen or swam in, the indoor pool was very nice too and the Lazy River was brand spankin new. It was not running like it was supposed to though, not sure what was wrong with the jets. But it was brand newly open, so I will let that slide. There is a wonderful playground by the pool and 2 stocked ponds to fish in. The house we stayed in was 4bdr and had a hot tub on the deck. Also pet friendly, so that was a plus. The house was clean for the most part.. nothing to cry about. lol We rented a golf cart onsite, for 90 a day and that was a huge hit with the kids, just driving all over the compound. There is a cute little general store onsite, as well as 2 adorable food trucks that are right there by the pool. Some days/nights they have live music on the deck, and craft stuff for kids. The store offers a pretty good full fresh breakfast, and also homemade pizzas and Fresh scooped icecream. All in all it was great, all 6 grandkids had a great time too. We will for sure be going back. Honestly I really want to book a Christmas there lol... you will NOT be dissappointed.
