While most were unavailable until after their scheduled appointments, Roto-Rooter—known for their 24-hour emergency service—was able to assist later that evening. The technician arrived late that night and successfully cleared the blockage within a couple of hours. We understand how inconvenient this situation was and took every possible step to expedite the repairs. Our property management partner, Evolve, was kept informed throughout the process, and the home was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the following day to ensure it was fully restored and comfortable. According to the plumber’s assessment, the issue was likely caused by an item that should not have been flushed. The property has never experienced plumbing issues before, and our cleaners, who were on-site the day prior to check-in, did not observe any concerns at that time. We’re sorry that you were unable to complete your stay. To help make up for the situation, we issued a refund for the two nights you were unable to stay, and we hope this gesture provided some relief and helped ease the inconvenience you experienced.
