About this property

LUXURY VILLA IN A LUXURIOUS NEIGHBORHOOD IN CARY/RALEIGH

Luxury 7000 Sqft home on 2.5 acres land with sport court, swimming pool and ample out door space for walking and playing .
Outdoor suitable for families and more so with adolescents.

we are glad to get other families enjoy the space with some restrictions to area inside and outside the properties.

There are 3 rooms upstairs (1 master bedroom ,king size bed and regular shower , 2 regular room with queen size beds in 1 rooms and full size in the other both sharing common bathroom with shower) and another room with queen size bed in the basement with room and shower.

We are closed to restaurants, grocery, Movie theater etc, and less than 15 minutes to down town Raleigh amenities and RDU international airport.

Is a very quiet and family orientated neighborhood as will be expected from our guest.
We would not be around when guest are there but for security may ask a co-host to come by or we may do so if need be.

Our goal is for you and your family to have a memorable stay

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Kindly let us know you are leaving for security reasons
Respectfully report any damages. kindly have furnitures back if you happens to move any which we don’t encourage to avoid damages Safe trip back and hope to have you and your family again
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
To avoid traffic only 1-2 vehicle allowed at all times. Max. 5 person on daily rate with Additional Cost per night for a 6 guest max if agreed .
No Buses- No crowds , no gathering , no party so as to avoid noise and traffic we encourage quietness from 10PM-8AM.
We glad to rent but also respect neighbors and HOA rules . Avoid comprising stay from neighbors complain of poor behaviors , noise / traffic
